The Three Stooges Card Game

If you encounter a male between the ages of 16 and 60, and profer two extended fingers in the general area of the eyes, I daresay you will encounter the ritual response of a hand extended parrallel to the nasal ridge along with the reponsorial “Nyuck, nyuck, nyuck!” It was with great affection, therefore, that I discovered THE THREE STOOGES CARD GAME in my review box.

Star Wars: A Chance at the Mainstream

One of the elements that role-playing games and computer games have in common is that product based on a movie license is rarely any good. A few examples of well used licenses exist, don’t get me wrong, and when it works it really works, but more often, the end result is well below par and sells on the strength of the license along which was the reason for purchasing it in the first place. An exception to this in the role-playing industry was West End Games’ (WEG) Star Wars RPG.

Messiah Jam Interview

Josh: I’ve been gaming 14 years now, reaching 15. It seems that through every family tragedy Me and Sean endured,it became apparent we needed to do something. Well, we started forming this concept for a game. I’ve always been the mac nut, so of course, I ended up designing it. And lots of drawing symbols in the edges of my psych notes turned into the symbols you saw on the webpage (www.lastexodus.com). That page in general was a 12 hour epiphany.

Interview: George Vasilakos

I co-authored D&D with Gary Gygax . . . before I came along it was called Dungeons and Gophers . . . I set the bonehead straight and the rest is history. Just kidding . . . aside from running Eden Studios, I’ve done all the graphic design and art direction on the Conspiracy X line, the layout and covers for the WitchCraft line, and some freelance art for Pinnacle’s Hell On Earth RPG. I also designed the Abduction non-collectible card game.

Just Another Day…

Not much was happening in Haven these days; a body was found in the harbor, Mayor Wright still denying the charges, there was another building fire in Rome Island. It was just another sleepy day for Haven City.
