“Two years ago I decided to delve deeper into the dark world of the mafia through a medium that I could ‘comfortably’ do so without fear of prison or death. I chose to create a realistic simulation of the life of a mobster. The resulting project became MAFIA:The Role-Playing Game.”

This is an excellent and original world background, an independently-produced D20 worldbook fully compatible with Dungeons and Dragons, 3rd Edition. The content is of very high quality, though the editing is not: be prepared to check the website for errata. If you are interested in original new races, a well-written pseudo-Zoroastrian fantasy mythology, or an non-standard magic system for D&D, this book is more than worth the money. Personally, I cannot wait to see more material from this team.

John if he would give the Gaming Outpost something fun for our users and he was elated to put together this free preview. Enjoy!
