This is probably actually two questions, but it will save time if I put them together.
The second question came up today. Some Spam poster hit an old article in a series supertitled "Expanding an Idea", attributed to "Lost to the Ages". But it happens that in the particular one that was hit, Brett Bloczynski mentions his own name in the text. I was going to add him to the author's list--but I couldn't find how to add an author. I'm sure I've done this before, when I was doing archive updating, but now I can't even figure out how to view articles by a particular author, never mind how to add an author. (As an aside, I also remember wanting to edit that list, to remove authors who got there by way of Spam posts, but I've not been able to figure out how to do that, either.)
The first question is that someone asked how to set up an author account so that he could publish articles to the articles section. It has been so long since I did that that I don't know how I did it. If you remember or have some post that describes how it's done, that would be quite helpful. The question has been floating around here for long enough that I really should have logged out and pretended to be someone else so I could figure my way through it, but hey, if I were going to have to go to all that trouble, why don't I just have them do it?
Thanks much.
