Since we told MJ how much we appreciate all the work he does here? Well, let me be the first to say it again. Thank you Mr. Young.

I don't know how long, but I certainly appreciate it. RPs are one of my favorite recreational activities, and he supports that.
You're welcome.
If I vanish tonight, it's probably because the heat crashed the computer again.

Likewise! Thanks, chief!
(Anyone wanna chip in five bucks to the "point a box fan at MJ's computer" fund?)
I gotta be honest, I'm a bit disappointed. I really was expecting a much better turnout on this. Come on!!! Aren't you even going to say "Thank You" to the man who makes all of this possible?

John, I appreciate your efforts, but most of these people have expressed their gratitude in various ways at various times, and having them do so at your prompting is less encouraging than having them do so spontaneously.
I don't want to say that I don't appreciate the thank-you threads, but it's much better for you simply to say thanks in some other thread (your game, or the behind the screens thread) and let others do so at their leisure. The way you're doing it, they're guilted into expressing gratitude because if they don't it looks like they aren't appreciative so they have to. "Have to" say thanks is not real gratitude. Having someone lead the cheering squad to boost the number of responses doesn't really make it seem so.
Thanks, though.
