Well, as a designer, from my perspective, I'd say it's good, but not excellent.
Sure, I'll put it aside and try again.

*It's great, you put racing stripes on it*
*smirks and chuckles to himself oocly*

Go run it by Cass and ask her for assistance making the items required to build this.
"I remember you made a box with pizza in it, maybe you could make a box with all the pieces in it." I'm excited to make it.
*She nods, looks at the drawing, and asks questions about the pieces, so she knows what she is asking for. It takes some time and she nods in understanding. She makes it out of clay with with a ((2)), it comes to be, grats*
Awesome. Put it together, then test it out with a dry run before testing with live ammo.
*56*
"You put it together, but no real way to test it without firing."
Yep, I know's this. Just making sure all the mechanical components work as they're supposed to.
Go ahead and load it, ... hmm, well, I've got my trenchcoat, I presume, so I'll dig a nice big hole with my hands to pile up a big mound to drape the coat over and use as a target.
*With what ammo? This is a 5.56 Caliber Rifle, you never made ammo*
I'll ask Cass to make me some ammo.
*Cass fails, and then the 100 comes up*
1) Implode Universe
2) Explosion Annihilating, GE for scale
3) Ammo Fires, all 10,000 rounds at once
4) Ammo Duds, all of them
5) 1 Billion Rounds of Ammo Created, neatly in stacks and boxes
6) 1 Billion Rounds of Ammo Created 10 stories above your heads
7) All ammo, charges, energy depleted from all items
8) Clay becomes explosive, all of it
9) Nuclear Bomb appears with 1 minute on the timer
10) Each piece of the 1k ammo becomes alive, sentient and scriff infected
7, not that bad
*Everything you have that runs on energy or ammo, the ammp is gone, Cass is happy she didn't have any magic wands, or things with charges, could have been a lot, lot worse*
*She considers*
"Want me to try and fix?"
"Well, if you want to. I mean, I'd still like to test this gun."
*She molds a picture of a device with a lot of plugs, and it comes to be real, and uses it to recharge the electrical weapons, she molds the ammo again, nothing, she then molds a ammo chest with all the ammo types you two use, and it comes to be, you now have ammo to test the gun, and to replace the ammo you lost, and then some.
Test the gun as previously outlined.
*47*
"The gun fires well, you see no problems with its performance."

How well? I'm expecting that it's freakin amazing, considering that I painted racing stripes on the side and I'm a freaking beast when it comes to this, but I'll need a second opinion.
I'll hand it to Cass, asking her, "Handled one of these before? This is my design. Try it out. Got a target just over there."
*It is amazing*
*Cass takes it*
"Um not this particular one, I'm ok."
*54*
*She does about the same, the rifle is amazing*
I ask her, "Nice?"
I'm quite pleased with myself.
*She nods*
"It is very nice, well balanced, a true death machine."
*She grins*
"So what's next to make? I mean this place stinks to learn things, might as well milk it for what it is good for."
"Well, I could go for the materials to make a bow and arrows, I guess."
*She nods*
"Going to draw it, so I know what I am making?"
"Well, sure, if you like," I'll sit down with my materials and go ahead with that, then give it to her.
"And if this works, maybe we should make a case of ridiculously aged alcohol to celebrate."
*It takes her a few tries, but the bow and arrows appear, and a case of single malt 100 year old scotch appears*
Go ahead and build my bow and arrows. Fire a few shots, nod to self, collect arrows and bullets, ask Cass if she could also fashion a quiver for me before we get all smashed.
*They fire well, a 4 gets you a quiver, anything else?*
Just put my arrows into the quiver, then ... shot glasses aren't really necessary, but a six-post circular bed with some built in chains might be fun.
*She molds that, it takes awhile, failure, botch, going to GE one, 7 going to think about this.*
While I can see the ease of using a GE roll for a botch, I would say it should at least be 2d10 plus 10; with a GE roll you have equal chances to have bad or good results, and with a botch, generally, you get no more than a 10% chance of a good result, more likely to be smaller than that, with most results being bad.
Of course, who am I to argue when it benefits me =P
*I am working and without a book right now, so yeah, It's going to just going to go boom this time, the GE roll gave me how bad 97/10, boom, everyone takes 9 intensities of damage, and you are all blackened like in the warner brothers cartoons.*
"Nice," I tell her.
"I know you can do better than that. Wanna try again? Maybe this time it won't be an impotent explosion."
I'm grinning to show that I'm teasing her.
*She heals you each twice*
"Yeah well, we get try it again."
*She reforms the bed and chains*
*Fail, success, there is a nice 6 post circular bed in front of you with black satin sheets*
*She grins*
Combo post
"Gorgeous. Now I just need to get you drunk and take advantage of you."
We will savor the alcohol.
I don't really intend to bring the bed along when I verse, in case you were wondering =P it's less important than the case of scotch or the weapons.
*She gladly gets drunk, but not pass out drunk, and makes up for past events to you*
*Next morning?*
Sure. Though I haven't really got anything left to make, so I guess we'll make some food.
See if she can make a garden.
Miss and a 100, time to do yet another botch list.
1) Implode Universe
2) Explosion Annihilating, GE for scale
3) Garden of Grenades with pins popped
4) Flowers Venus Fly Traps, likes humans
5) I Billion Pounds of Fertilizer Falls on both of you
6) Garden of Weed
7) Garden of Poison Ivy
8) Clay becomes explosive, all of it
9) Nuclear Bomb appears with 1 minute on the timer
10) Make Garden, each flower alive and scriff infected
Ouch Clay becomes explosive all of it, and you are out of there, the planet goes BOOM!
