An alternate reality where a couple dozen sporadically warring nations fill NorthAm, and the Iriquois Federation is one of them. But beyond the alternate, there is also a world of Urban Fantasy with Faerie Knights cloaked in magic, riding elfhorses down the main streets of a great metropolis.

Have you ever played it before? Tell me I at least defeated the Huntsman so that world will never again have to deal with him. Were you expecting me to engage the Unseelie knight? That sounded too complicated for me. Maybe you should make it easier to remove that thing.

Never played it before.
The Huntsman is defeated for a very long time. Eventually, some powerful wizard with evil intentions will free him, but that's probably at least a thousand years before it happens. If you want, I can roll a GE roll...30 means it stays trapped until the Final Battle.

Thousand years is good enough for me. When the Seelie knights showed, I was expecting them to pull me back and assist me. Maybe they had something that would get me out of that. Interesting world, to be certain.
So that's why the Seelie knights were going to praise me in song and avenge my attack. I brought down one of their enemies.

No, they didn't have anything. Too powerful and ancient a magic for even them.
In a sense, an author has more power than God. An author can even decide what his creations are thinking. What I'm saying is that you could rewrite it so that the Seelie knights can remove that. Then the verser and the Seelie engage the Unseelie in an epic showdown. That's kind of what I was expecting and hoping for.
So, I took out a powerful foe, or a major annoyance to them. I did something for which they're very grateful when I defeated that thing. Cool with me.
