Cool, I'm about to get ready to go to work, I'll be back at midnight (I live in eastern PA, so our time zones should be the same).
Did you want to use an existing Kyler or is this an independent one? If a new one I was thinking you would have already visited the tropical island (not sure of the exact name) and been introduced to being a verser by Michael Di Vars (SP?) and ending up with an exceptionally violent volcano eruption which destroyed your body by the earth swallowing you into a chasm of lava? Sound good to you? If so I'll be diving right into you being a zygote in Sendaria.
Have you read the Belgariad before?
Your character keeps all non body skills when being zygoted right? Either way if you can direct me to a copy of your character sheet I'd appreciate it.

We keep all non-body skills yes. I've never read that. Imm ok with fast forwarding to when I dove headfirst into a volcano. Did I make my flexibility check for versing? I actually do have a very current new character sheet in the thread "boredom".

Yeah, lets fastforward to you versing out from diving headfirst into the volcano. You get your flexibility check, I'm not exactly sure how they work yet. (only versed out twice and once was at the table where it's harder to learn from)
What are the various levels of versing in based on success on those flexibility checks?
Feel free to roll your flexibility check and post it here along with the descriptor of what that level of adjustment gives you when versing in. When I get back from work I'll start a new thread for your new adventure. I'm looking forward to this, but I am new to MV still so you may have to correct me along the way.

I rolled 26. No reason to explain when it isn't applicable =) I verse in unconscious.

I'm sorry, but I really had to laugh at this one. Yeah, sure, sounds great, I look forward to it.
What are the various levels of versing in based on success on those flexibility checks?
Technically they're called stages, and they are marked by the level of consciousness of the verser upon arrival:
- Unconscious, awakens.
- Semi-awake dream state in which memories mix with aspects of previous and present universes to create surreal dream-like reality that seems real.
- Awake but completely limp with eyes closed, but can react to keep from falling.
- Awake but disoriented, unable for a moment to make sense of surrounding reality.
- Fully awake and able to take immediate action.
- Fully aware of situation before arrival, possibly including areas beyond immediate view, as if having overflown the area before landing
A successful difficult flexibility check upon verse-out moves you up the ladder; a roll of 40 moves you down. There is no improvement beyond stage 6, but it is recommended that the referee track through stage 10 against the possibility of a bad streak of luck.

Had some posting problems on the game I'm running Kyler in. It's marked me as spam since it triple posted by mistake.

It seems to have been corrected. At least, those posts are not Spam and there's no indication that there are Spam posts in the thread.
