Putting Things In Sequence
September 5, 2011 in Blogs
What started several years ago as a Christian Gamers Guild study in Romans and then Corinthians has since managed to get through Galatians and Ephesians and is now starting Philippians. Last night the chaplain–me–sent a “Preliminaries” post via the Yahoo!Groups mailing list, but if you sign up now you’ll be in time to get the first post on the text, as later this evening I will be sending Philippians 1:1. You can read the previous posts on the Yahoo!Groups site; you can get more information including the subscriber address at Invitation to Join Christian Gamers Guild Chaplain’s Teaching List.
You are also invited to read the latest installment in the Examiner temporal anomalies series, Frequently Asked Questions About Time Travel part 3: sequence, which continues the reconstruction of the order in which time travel events occurred.
After that, if you’re still looking for reading material, I’ve read three more from the pen (or keyboard) of Eric Ashley this weekend, including Practise Bits: Troublemaker in which the immortal is fighting demons who deal in subtlety; Practise Bits: Patrol, in which famous characters recruited to protect time discuss the complications introduced by visitors from other dimensions; and Practise Bits: Intruder is another beginning of a story, a sci-fi bit in which space pirates prey on an uncivilized world but a civilized visitor is thinking of stopping them.
Too much to do, too little time, I’ve got to go check on a few things and probably won’t be back tonight, but we’ll see what the week brings.
