System Monkey #1
GAME SYSTEM MECHANICS #1
In this system, I am proposing a set mechanics that use the following dice: d4,d6,d8, and d10. The system is based on a level number that translates to what dice to roll versus a certain difficulty number. The system has a lot of wiggle room, so even the attributes are not fixed, but are offered as a suggestion to put the system into reference. This is not a complete system from top to bottom as currently presented, but the basic framework of one.
** Attributes
Primary Attributes: Strength, Agility, Endurance, Reason, Will, Awareness, Charisma.
Secondary Attributes: Health, Sanity, Luck
For this system attributes for normal human beings should be 1 to 8, with 4 as average. Skills start at level 0 and have no cap, although the higher levels could become cost prohibitive.
With the suggested attributes levels, Agility+Running could equal the distance a person can run per second and roughly equate to a real runner.

Bob is trying to shoot a robot that running away quickly. Bob's agility is 5, his gun skill is 6, giving him level 11, which translates to 2d10+d8 to roll against a difficulty set by the game master.
