The 2000 Origins Awards

Because this was my first real big gaming convention I really didn't know what to expect. I also found it very strange that at my first game convention I was a member of the press, but somehow I managed to get by. That said, let's get on to what you all want to know about: The Origins Awards!

But, before we do, I must say that I was a bit disappointed that not all of the nominated game companies were present at the awards ceremony. I suppose it is to be expected. I'm sure the awards show will definetly grow in the years to come. We'll be posting a few pictures of the awards, and of Origins, in a few days. Until then, here are the results of the Origins Awards, in no particular order:
