Do your best to avoid business with Dragonscroll.com until such a time as they have either made an apology on thier site or gotten the act together. This message was sent over a week ago. To as many people as I can contact. None of the emails bounced back I can only assume that somebody got it, which means that they are simply blowing me off. ______________________________________________________________ Subject: 2 months later still no order. Date: Thu, 22 Mar 2001 13:18:51 -0600 From: >snip< To: cmotta@dragonscroll.com, operations@dragonscroll.com, cio@dragonscroll.com, cto@dragonscroll.com, cchen@dragonscroll.com, jrodgers@dragonscroll.com, jburkett@dragonscroll.com, info@dragonscroll.com I called your customer service line but your customer service mailbox is full. I wrote to info@dragonscroll.com but receive no satisfactory reply. I apologize if you may have recieved this email more than once as your contact information on the site is less informative than it was before I am guessing at emails. My order hasn't come after 2 months. about a month ago I sent you this > Subject: Re: Order No. 15198 at Dragonscroll > Date: Fri, 23 Feb 2001 10:21:10 -0600 > From: >snip< > To: info@dragonscroll.com > > > > > . . . Uhh the order was placed on the 22nd of January could you ship > what you have and credit the things that are missing. > > Thanks. > > info@dragonscroll.com wrote: > > > > The following order was placed at Dragonscroll: > > > > Order Number: 15198 > > Placed on: January 22, 2001 ---snip ---- You sent me a message saying "your order has been split and the available items will be shipped to you." Not quite what I was asking for but I thought it would be ok because maybe I would get some of my order. I got some all right. One(1) book out of 12 things ordered. But I'm a forgiving sort so I thought they should at least have it to me by the next month. Well here it is the next month and it is time for you folks to own up and accept responsibility. 1. I paid money to be a member of the site to get your "member only discount's". I'm not sure if by being a member I would have saved more than someone who is not a member. (By the way my member name is >snip<) 2. I would like an intelligent reply describing the reasons for the difficulty as well as an apology. All your order hasn't come in is a bunch of poop. You have ever since I've placed my order had at least one of my order as: Code: WTC11829 Retail Price: $19.95 Our Price: $15.95 Members pay only $13.95 >>>>>>>>>Usually Ships in 7 Days <<<<<<<<<<<<< (Better see a change on the site to say Usually ships in under 2 months.) 3. I would either like to know what you plan on doing with the balance of my payment. (as it was charged already and I haven't seen anything yet that would be $90.00) As I consider myself now an investor in your company because you are able to do things with my money that I can't (like get the things that I ordered from someone with better service). (If you even have 100 such customers being treated the same I don't even want to think of what you can do with the money.) 4. If the information I get from you is not to my satisfaction I will ensure that this letter gets posted to as many gaming sites as I can find. Deleting names to protect myself and your staff. I will also post this letter should I recieve no reply to this in 5 business days. 5. It is greatly disappointing to take these actions because I was very enthusiastic about your business and the direction it was taking gaming. I'm sure you understand my disappointment. Which is why I am giving you this opportunity to compensate. -- from the desk of >snip< aka - >snip< -All is Good
