This continues Donna's game, the archives of which are found in Down from the Stars in the archived discussions. There, she wrote:
To refresh memories, she is in the camp of the Eighth Cavalry, which has fallen back to assess the explosions occurring in the midst of their battlefield against rampaging indians, who have also fallen back due to those same explosions. Each side thinks the other is responsible for the explosions, which are actually being caused by the aliens back at a farm, who came to take by force food for their people but have been persuaded by Donna to consider peaceful negotiations. The indians have heard Donna's appeal for peace with the white men, but rejected it because they do not trust the promises of the white men. She is now attempting to get the cavalry to listen to her.I take my most commanding stance and proclaim "I am the Summer Queen. I am here to correct a great wrong that has been committed upon the people of this land. If you do not rectify this situation I shall call upon the Spirits in the Sky to wipe out this entire camp!"
You take your stance and make your statement, and the officer looks at you. "And why," he continues in an even angrier voice, "has this madwoman not been confined? Haven't we enough trouble here without some crazy person in the camp?"
He turns to return to his tent.
