Can we still do private messaging? I have not seen it listed anywhere on the site.
Oddly, I wondered the same thing a couple days back, but didn't have time to look into the question.
Pulling up your profile, I find not only no private message link, it appears that e-mail addresses on this board are also private.
That's a surprise, but not a disappointment. I should probably add my address to one of the stickies, so people can figure out how to write to me if they have posting problems. After all, telling people to post if they can't post doesn't help much. I used the old private message system a couple times to communicate with a few people about things that were better kept private, but found more often that it was an annoyance people used to ask me questions which either should not have been asked or should have been posted publicly. For what it's worth, the people who have the right to ask me personal questions privately pretty much all have my e-mail address, and my phone number, and know where I live. If it's not something you can say on the forum, think twice about whether it's something you want to communicate to me.
