Eric, some time ago, you were talking about GLACR or something, in connection how much involvement referees should have with player characters. Could you explain that again? I can't find the thread, and I want to know more about that. That was probably what I should have been paying attention to in the first place.
I vaguely recall this, so vaguely that I might as well not. Ask me a new question, and I may be able to answer it.
Right now, I'm working on a comedic novel with jokes about Darwinism like the Piltdown Cricket Club and the Le Hombre Nebraska Diner which supposedly serves steak, but actually serves pork. (Both evolutionary hoaxes....the Piltsdown Man was found with something that looked a lot like a cricket bat in an English quarry. Nebraska Man, one of the key supports for the Scopes Monkey Trial, turned out to be a pig tooth.)
That sounds really cool. Could you at least tell me the correct spelling of GLACR in your usage? I've tried multiple variations on the spelling to try to find it, to no avail.
That reminds me of a joke.
A guy goes into a restaurant, which can reportedly make any dish the customer can imagine. If they fail to make the dish, the owner pays you $500 cash. The guy orders a T-Rex steak sandwich with mustard, a side order of fried Pterodactyl eggs, and a milkshake made from Woolly Mammoth milk. Ten minutes later, the owner storms to the table, pulls out five $100 bills and says "I'll have you know sir, this is the first time we've ever been out of mustard."

I might be inspired by the joke. Its an interesting point that when Mammoths have been thawed out, wolves and sled dogs and such have eaten of them. And some degree of stability has been found with dino bones...red blood cells and with bones being largely bones....and such doesn't happen over ahundred million years. Things decay to their component molecules in that timespan.
So I could push the ridiculousness to the max. Have a restauraunt that sells Aged Meat, nothing less than ten million years old.
