Hi everyone. I just stumbled upon a site called http://steampunkworkshop.com/
It has some cool ideas that could be used in games. These people are creative and have obvious and less obvious works they made. (Like a skirt with LED's in it that always point north. It's not powered by steam though, but by electricity.)
That shirt sounds pretty cool. I should consider getting it for someone.

It's a skirt, not a shirt, but the info for making it is open scource I think, so you could get some people with sewing skills and others with electronics skills and make one yourself, adapting it to a shirt.
Or, if that someone is a girl, it's no problem :)
I just found some cool steampunk-ish illustrations which might inspire people.
