There was a recent comment post on an old article, asking about getting to the "next" article. I was not certain whether it meant the next article in the series he was reading (Holger's http://gamingoutpost.com/article/on_magick_i/ On Magic(k) I in his IMO series) or the next article on the site, but it got me wondering whether there was a way to move through the articles chronologically or chronologically in a series. I can see someone wanting to read all the Dreaming Out Loud or Game Designers Journal articles in sequence, and the indexing functions are not all that user-friendly.
I've sent a note to the individual in question, copied below, which has the rest of the information in it.

Only if the articles are tagged, and the old ones aren't unless I've dug them up and tagged them, which is a volunteer chore I started and stopped quite some time back. (I was trying to reorganize the Game Ideas Unlimited series and realized that there were a lot of other articles, including earlier ones by me, predating that.)

Unfortunately, there isn't any good way to chain articles like you propose. I can make the system put a "Next Article" link at the bottom of each post, but that will only do the next article chronologically. The best bet is, if it's a series, to hard code a link at the bottom as part of the article.
