You and Tan both emerge from the Between on the outskirts of a town with traditional Japanese-style architecture. You were not seen arriving, in spite of the business many can be heard going about not even a block from here.
Tan asks you, "Do we bring them out now, or wait until we've settled a bit more? The two of us can probably avoid notice a long time, but an entire family will definitely attract attention.
*We can leave them in, they all brought food and water, and there should be enough air for weeks, I know this place, security will be on us any second, so let's do the right thing and walk up to the closest guard*
*does a slight head bow*
"Greetings, I am Jhiaxus Keiharuki, of the Clan Keiharuki, and this is Tan Keiharuki, and we seek to speak to your Hokage about refuge in the Village Hidden in the Leaves."

The shinobi is startled by you, but he motions for a few others to come by him. He explains to them, "These two claim to be of the Keiharuki clan and are seeking refuge."
The other shinobi seem somewhat suspicious, and one asks, "How did you find our village?"
A kunoichi speaks before you can answer. "We take them to the Hokage. They don't seem to want to fight."
"That might be exactly what they want," the one you approached responds. "They could be assassins."
"And, look, his eyes," another says. "Sharingan."
"We will take you into custody," the kunoichi tells you, apparently possessing some sort of seniority over the others. "If the Hokage will see you, we will take you to him."
A shinobi stands to your right side and behind you, and one stands to Tan's left and behind her, and they motion for you to walk.
*Nods*
"I understand your concern, we just wished to show our ability as Ninja to get past your gate guards unnoticed, but as soon as we got in, reveal ourselves. We knew of your village by tales of other small clans who have come here to offer their help in the past. We wish no battle. I have the Sharingan, but I am no Uchiha, I have heard tales of one of your best having it as well without being one. We will go without incident to where you wish us to go. You may disarm me and Tan of our weapons, we are guests, and do not wish anyone harm, or misrepresent our intentions."
*I hold my arms out and let them disarm me as we walk*

Tan has no apparent weapons, but they choose not to disarm you; apparently they believe your power will not be taken away by taking your weapons.
They bring you to a cell and leave you there for several hours. There are two shinobi outside the cell, watching the two of you soundlessly.
*smiles*
"Well Tan, I thought this is where your ravishing good looks get us a pass. *At least I have my guitar to pass the time*
*start playing some songs if the guards don't have a problem with it, the intent is to replace boredom, and get some quality time working on it*

The evening comes, the guards' shift changes, the night begins, and passes.
*Doesn't need to sleep, continues to play the guitar and stops for a moment*
"Not to be pushy but we do have family out there waiting for word that everything is ok, including 3 small children and a baby. I don't mind waiting, I don't mind being shacked, blindfolded, mummified and in a cell to talk to the Hokage."

Time continues to pass, hour by hour.

"This is not the hospitality that one should be afforded someone putting themselves voluntarily incarcerated, and asking for refuge. What about this will of fire I have heard about?"
*give it one more day before I take action*

On this day, an older shinobi comes to visit you; he is probably in his late fifties or early sixties, but carries himself as a younger man.
"I am not the Hokage," he begins, "however, I have come to hear your explanation of how you have found our hidden village and what it is you come in seek of."
*Nods*
"While the name Village Hidden in the Leaves, suggests that it remains hidden, but your ninja are doing jobs all over the country and countryside. It does not take a ninja to look, listen, watch the supplies going through other towns to know of this village. Perhaps if it were just ninja, it would be truly hidden, but you cannot operate a large village with civilians in a vacuum. As for what I seek, I seek to give my children and family a better life. We have lost our home to an attack, it has been wiped out by an unseen force, we are eight in number. Myself, Tan, her sister Rid, Valera, and my children Nic, Jewel, Eria, and Victoria. I am asking for the chance to make a home here, as many of the smaller clans have done so in the past. I believe in the work that is done here, I want my children to get the structure and discipline, that only a village can provide. I have taught them up until now, they are good, but they will never be great unless they live that training. Now as to what we can offer, Tan and Myself are the greatest of our number, Valera and Rid are probably around the same level, the kids however each has a special gift or power that is an asset in battle if they can be taught to use it when they need to and not just in anger.
*pauses*
"For a home and a future for my children, I pledge our service to the greater good. I don't expect to be taken at face value, I am not trying to assassinate anyone. I have kept the peace, when ever fiber of my being does not like to have my freedom taken away. I do this for my children, if it is a display of skill or prowess you seek, provide the venue, and I will show you what I can offer, and Tan can as well."

He digests what you've said a moment, then continues the interview. "You Keiharuki are clearly ninja. From what hidden village have you come?"
*shakes his head*
"Our family came from a place called Syatan Fanilf, if you haven't heard of it, it is because it was made not to exist anymore. We lost many friends and family and do not yet know if we will ever see them again. Three of the children are not mine biologically, but they look to me as the only father they had, and I look at them as my own. We are the bearer of the knowledge, culture and artifacts of that place. It was a place where many cultures met, warred with each other, and ultimately curiosity doomed it. The making of one of those artifacts caused it not to exist anymore, and anyone trapped in it, gone. I pleaded with the artificer to stop his work on it, telling him it would doom all, but he would not....could not listen. I had the ability to save my family, said my goodbyes and here we are at your doorstep. We have no home to go back to, everyone we know or care about likely gone from existence. I hope that answers that question full enough to explain the reasons why we are here."

"Your story is interesting; you would not be lying, as such a ridiculous story would not be accepted for truth.
"I will see to it the Hokage hears of this. Please, have patience; I understand there are others waiting for you, and we will try to make a determination as quickly as possible. These things take time, you understand."
He starts walking out of the room.

"I understand, I am sure they are rationing their food and water."

You're left alone for the remainder of the day with the guard; they do feed you twice a day, although the food isn't the best you've had. There is also water.
Tan asks you why you think they're taking so long to get to the two of you. "You'd think they'd realize we're worth prioritizing, since there are several ninja villages, and we're offering help to just one."
"I'm glad I made everyone take all the food and water they did, I didn't expect to be waiting this long, but I did just in case. I can't speculate, we also didn't wow them with some over the top stuff either. I also know they do not want anyone with the Sharingan to go to another village either, so it is just a matter of time."

"Do you think they might decide we are too dangerous and try to have us executed?" She seems unconcerned.
*Grins*
"It would be a bad move on their part, we have not shown them any abilities other than my eyes, no, they are cautious, but they are also not ones to go on little to no information. I think they would give us enough rope to hang ourselves with, after showing what we could do. I know these people, they don't like uncertainty."

She answers you, "Maybe we should just go meet this Hokage for ourselves; maybe then they'll take us seriously, and maybe they'll believe we aren't trying to assassinate him."
*smiles*
"Fine by me, no using the inbetween, stay here, I will provide you company. It will be more impressive for them not to know we got out."
*Shifting his eyes to the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan making using Tan as a shield, making a shadow clone right behind me, and using the time space teleport to roof of the Hokage building*
*using Stealth to get in, shifting my eyes back to normal, I don't want them to know how powerful it is yet*

It sounds like they're talking about you; the Third is demanding to know how the Leaf Village's defenses allowed you to get in in the first place. It sounds like it isn't the first time he's asked, and still no one has an answer for him.
*Hearing that is my cue to make an appearance, I do believe there is a open air window to this office, and if I can hear them, it sounds to be open*

"I wouldn't blame them, they were not lax, if we had not turned ourselves in your security forces would have found us within 30 seconds. My ears were itching so I decided to make an appearance to answer what questions you have personally and stretch my legs a bit. Don't worry your guards don't and won't even know I am gone, there is no trail of dead bodies or mayhem. I don't believe in disrespecting a host like that. Allow me to introduce myself I am Jhiaxus Keiharuki of Clan Keiharuki. I am no assassin, nor do I bear ill will to the Hidden Leaf."

The Third Hokage stands before you, facing you. Several shinobi move to attack you, but he stops them, saying, "If he wished to kill me, he would have done so already.
"I have heard many tales regarding where you have come from and what your intentions are. I would like to hear from you."
*smiles*
"Many tales, I told just one truth, I am from Syatan Fanilf, it was a place of strife and turmoil, due to the curiosity of one of our artificers, it no longer exists. I was able to save my immediate family. There are eight of us total, 1 man, three women, four children, 1 male, the oldest and three female, ranging from 10 to just over a year. My intentions are to make a home here, let my children be instructed properly about honor, dedication and service, and for the adults, contribute to your village. I have many abilities, but I have seen many Jutsus and can learn them very quickly. My weapon skills, you will find none finer in the land, my hand to hand without weapons is good, maybe not the best in your village. I am also here to learn, see my children grow up. I have heard of the Will of Fire, and I would rather seek refuge from a village that knows the meaning of honor, than to some of the others, which don't have such high stardards."
*Pauses*
"I will answer any questions you ask of me."

The Hokage asks you, "Where was this Syatan Fanilf? I have never heard of such a place."
*smiles*
"If you want that answer, as well as the answers to the questions you have next, they are for your ears only. If not, I can answer this, the nature of the artifact was of a temporal and spatial nature, it went very wrong. A reason why you may not have heard of it, because it doesn't exist, and because it was also tempering with time, it never existed. If you want the full truth to that and your other questions, your ears only, and I will know if people are listening outside. You have my word, that no harm will come onto you or this village."

He answers you, "I'm not a young man, Jhiaxus. I understand that there are things I will never understand, and temporal distortions are one of them.
"So, then, you come from the future to avert the crisis of the future?"
*I am going to assume we are alone and I will answer him*
"Yes, and no. Syatan Fanilf, is a universe, not a place, I traveled from there to save my family. I know the future to a point, after that, it is a surprise to me as well. I know enough to know your heart, your thoughts of the village, the people. I was impressed with your teachings, your Will of Fire. It is something I wish to pass onto my kids, I am but one teacher, you have a school devoted to showing the importance of teamwork, honor, duty. There are wars coming, there are good people and bad people."
*Pauses*
"My eyes are of course a question, I wanted us to be alone, because there are people in the village, that although have its best interests at heart, their means to achieve it are not mine. These are my eyes, I am not Uchiha, but I have mastered the Sharingan. I tell you this because I have faith you will keep information on a need to know basis. I know one Jutsu, Multiple Shadow Clone Jutsu, the rest of my abilities are not Jutsu based. My eyes of course make me a fast learner. I am here to make a difference to this village, Tan is here for the same, but she also needs to see the good of people working together for a goal, and to help others. Valera wishes to be able to heal people with a touch, she would make a perfect Medical-Nin. Rid, is a summoner, a powerful one. We all have something to offer, but mostly, I am here for my kids. I have taught them the basics. They need the structure of school that I cannot provide."
*grins*
"I expect no special treatment, none of us have even passed the most basic of tests to be Genin. I understand trust is earned, so I will extend trust to you, may I introduce you to my family and friends? I carry them with me, in my pouch, and they have been in there for long enough."

After the first pause, there is a man here you recognize at this point as Danzo.

Ah, yes, no, I see it now; so, no, there are several shinobi in here, and one of the men is recognizable to you as Danzo.

"I don't think I quite made myself clear before. What I have to say is for the Hokage only, not only for my benefit, but for those in the room right now. Since there are only two possibilities, the first is that what Sarutobi says is true, and that I am indeed "from the future", and I know how everyone came to be in their position, no matter how nefarious their alliances may be to have gotten here. So I offer, to reveal no information that will change events to anyone's benefit or detriment, if the room is cleared. If not, I will reveal all, and it's a whole new ballgame, since I don't know what doing that will result in, and I would rather not do that. Or I am lying, and not telling the truth. Either way, The Hokage has questions, and they will only be answered to his satisfaction and mine, if he hears it only. He will then tell you what he feels is necessary."
*If the room is cleared I say the above, if not*
"Since we opted for option B, I think we should talk about who allied with Hanzo to participate events of the Third Great Ninja War? Maybe that will be enough of a nudge to confirm what I am saying is the truth?"

The Hokage motions for the others to leave, then says irritatedly at their reluctance, "This man best our best security twice. If he wished to assassinate me, he would have done so."
Apparently, that's enough, because they start walking out. The Hokage calls one of them back.
"We will continue our conversation regarding your guards here at a later time."
He listens to your story.
"Then, you wish to take Genin exams?"
