"I had not given it much thought, I would say human, with inherent defenses against magics, psioncs, and temportal manipulation, but doesn't form any basis to help them do their own, or bonus it in anyway. "The first race were the Draconians; Zero was the first All-Father, and chose to be Draconian. Zero went a little overboard in his description of Draconian racial traits; essentially, there are many different Draconians, all with different strengths and weaknesses; however, all have a dragon form and all have a proud streak. Celeste was next, and created the Ayludians. Female Ayludians are as male humans, and male Ayludians are as female humans in their societal structure. Bloodfang took over from her reign, and made the Wolfkin, a strong, fast race with stronger senses of smell and hearing and a less strong sense of sight and less intelligence. Snow managed to become the next All-Ruler after him, and created the Serpents, who thrive on deception and subterfuge but are less strong. They have powerful mental powers and an above average gustatory sense, but require a large amount of water to keep from dehydrating, and drink through their skin; if their children are without immersion in water for as much as several hours, they will dehydrate, and adults also require complete immersion at least once every two or three days. Their bodies are slick with the water they need to survive, and this in turn reduces ther tactile sense. Claude created the Beastpeople, who are similar to the Wolfkin in several respects, having a less potent olfactory sense than the Wolfkin but more acute hearing, and being more agile but having less than the strength of a human. Sounds like almost everything I need except a base physical description. A general normal height range, weight range, and possible hair and eye colors."
"Weights and Heights of Human Norm, for both Male and Females, Hair Colors: Midnight Black, Auburn, Platinum Blond are the norms, but can find Brown, Red and Blond as rarer. Eyes, Grey, Deep Blue, and Dark Brown are the norms, Green, Light Blue and Light Brown are rarer. I think that does it."

He nods, then says, "Alright, looks good. I'll go to the other three with the information you've provided and you can expect that the Atlantians will soon be populating the world, and to notice some changes in yourself fairly soon." He vanishes again. Mark hands you a helmet with several wires coming off of it, most of which end in small suction cups with tiny needles on them. There's also a small remote with a little screen. He explains to you what points on the body to insert the needles, and tells you, "This device will effectively transfer an ability from one willing party to another at the skill the first party had it. You first put on the helmet, then plug in the needles to the appropriate nerve endings, and use the remote to select the appropriate ability from the list, which it will then upload. You attach the machine to the other party, select the ability to be downloaded, and let it work. Shouldn't be too difficult. Just make sure you upload first before downloading, and don't try to download instead of uploading abilities, or they could be lost." He seems proud of himself while he explains it, but that pride vanishes as he goes and sits again, tinkering with his toys once more.

((I think your right, if so, I won't bother him again, and I will start using it to train, increase my chakra, make more, call em back, learn multiple weapons from the pile, and my Sharingan jutsus, and get my own body skills to the max, working on my Intuition, Hand Eye, Stamina and Agility right now as the most useful for what I am facing. Weapons from the pile, Staff, War Fans *Metal, outside, reinforced blades over the Black Material in the Suit with Floral Designs I would guess, can stab when closed or slice when open, Kunei and Shuriken, Naginata, Tonfu, Nunchucks and Sais. I want to give Kat a choice of weapons she knows so she isn't locked into my choices. I plan on spending time here till I get those things down. There are millions of magic and psionics and even most body skills I still have to work on out there. I just want the martial arts, shadow clones, energy manipulation Super Sayian Training, and Sharingan to be what I perfect here. The rest, I am happy to work through normally. If I wasn't fighting four demi gawds, I wouldn't resort to this))
*Do I get any information on this Ultima Cloak?, I would suggest a M8@9 Animates and Moving Illusions (Multiple Shadow Clone Jutsu), with a +20 Bonus for Using Handsigns, at first level Illusions = RS/10, professional = RS/5, and Master = RS/2, with Creator having a Hive Mind, independent thought, but a shared goal, and synergy with actions, and the creator divides his chakra evenly between all the clones, and any remaining when they disappear (as well as knowledge gained) go back to creator. This makes it night impossible to know the real one from the clones, The Sharingan can track the origonal, but not tell the difference between the clones.*

It's a B9@7 Appear as Known Animate (1@1 Create Shadow Clone, rs/10: 1 clone B9@7) for the creation and a B14@5 Independent Total Body Linking to Specific Phylum for the cooperation (1@1 Coordinate Shadow Clones 14@7) -- this is the way Imidge taught you to do it. Effectively, each of your "clones" are an extension of your body, can think and feel independently, and are your equal in averaged attributes; however, for purpose of damage calculation, your clones all have a 0@1 damage value and no cover value, and when they die they disappear. Imidge explained that it was either this or take the damage each one of them receives into yourself, and "That could add up really fast when you're fighting multiple enemies."

Nope aside from dealing with the Ultima Cloak and how it will help, and to see if I can make a copy of it, I think that's it here.
David produces a cloak when you mention it. "This cloak makes the wearer practically invulnerable to physical attacks. Any strike that lands on the cloak activates a powerful magical spell in the attacker's direction, which generally ends up point blank in the attacker's face."

Imidge doesn't really care. As far as he's concerned, you're Black Ninja, the weapons are for Black Ninja, and you can take as many as you want.

Imidge said to not let Val do the shapechange, that something wonderful would happen. I mastered the techniques, I went there for, mastered new ones that I put out of my mind. I had to step out to see Mark, and the one who popped in on us before found me there, asked me to create a race. Val and I are now part of the Atlantian race, with defenses against magic, psionics and able to be immune to time based effects."

Jef explains to you, "The fabric that cloak was made from is magical itself, very rare, and very difficult to work with. I loomed, spun, stitched, and sewed that cloak myself specifically for David, a very long time ago, as thanks for... a favor he did for me. Just by the nature of the cloak, it's extremely difficult to duplicate; that's a good thing, considering what a good piece of equipment it is. I made a similar piece for Shane, the Solar Cloak, but since David's fires an energy element blast, most people prefer that; less people are resistant to energy than heat."
