Well I would consider at least the Haste and Heightened Awareness Martial Arts skills, even though they are Psionic, the Cryogenesis, is obviously, only a Psi skill. I will worry about Training or Teaching Psionics when taught to me, if Jef can do it, great. Going with the above.

I got a second opinion (third opinion?) from an unbiased party/Multiverser referee, and here's the ruling on martial arts training regarding the two skills in question.
If you learn the two skills in a martial arts style, they can only be used in martial arts applications. With this stipulation, they can be trained as martial arts skills.
If you learn these skills outside of martial arts, as psionic abilities, they can be used within a wealth of applications.
Since you learned them as psionic abilities and not martial arts abilities, they can be used in multiple applications, but cannot be trained using a martial arts training skill.
At this point I don't care, it's not for me, let him roll em normal.

Using the basics he's ascertained and seeing your much better example of the cryogenesis, he learns that one as well. He's proud of what he's accomplished.

The day after, you receive another mission.
This one is to gather intel from the individual in question and find the key to their house, which they lost some time yesterday.
They have a spare, but don't feel comfortable with the other missing.
*Grins at the mission*
"Ok team let's see how you handle it."
*Letting Tan and myself observe from a distance*
Chiko starts off by asking the person for a list of everywhere they went the day before.
Unfortunately, the list isn't as complete as they'd like. Still, they begin their search, going together, unlike yesterday when they split up.
About halfway through the day, Chiko and Bairei have a disagreement, which ends with Bairei snatching the list away from him and tearing it up.
Akimitsu is clearly upset and starts yelling at them that she's starting to really not be able to stand working with the two of them and that they need to start getting along.
*grabs a two ropes about 5 feet long and walks up to Bairei and Chiko*
"Ok I have tried letting you two work this out, and we aren't progressing, so you two will become one."
*I tie Chiko's right hand to Bairei's left, and the same with the legs*
"Now you two are one, and your not going to untie yourselves until Akimitsu sees that you are working together. If this happens again, we will continue to make you work together until you understand the value of teamwork. If this was a real mission, one of you would be dead, and the other missing an arm, because you just flipped out and gave away your position. If I have to talk to your parents, and make you stay tied together even after training, that is something you will not want to have done."

They both seem upset by being tied together, and it takes them some time to figure out how to walk together, so it does slow down their progress significantly.
The two of them are mostly along for the ride with Akimitsu for the next few hours. She asks around town, and manages to determine where the key was lost and get a general description of a man seen picking it up who did not seem to be a Leaf village ninja.
This new evidence brought to light probably raises the rank of this mission beyond that which you feel comfortable having your genin on.
*Holds them up when they find this information*
"The mission has changed, it is no longer a D rank mission, now by rights I should return to the Hokage and request this be reassigned to a more experienced group. Any thoughts on that?"

Bairei says, "That's not fair! It was just getting interesting!"
Chiko says, "Have some faith, we can get that key back. We're almost to the bottom of this."
Akimitsu says to you, "All due respect, Sensei, we started this mission; shouldn't we see it through to the end?"
*Nods*
"So Akimitsu, do you trust Bairei and Chiko, will work together, and all of you as a team to continue? It can't be done with them tied together."

Akimitsu looks at them, then looks to you and responds, "They know how to work together in important situations. They only failed in the past when they weren't forced to work together."
*Nods*
"Untie them, and we are continuing because we have two Jonin on this mission as well, there may come a point where you will watch, and not take action. If this becomes dangerous, Tan and I are going to take point, understood?"
*I will put Victoria to bed and pop back next to my clone and dismiss him*
"Now we are ready to go."

It isn't long before they locate the building where the guy is hiding out.
An examination of the premises reveals a door in the front, a door in the back, and several second story open air windows.
Akimitsu has Bairei guard the back and goes up to the upper level, having Chiko go in the front door.
You recognize the chakra of four men inside; all four are familiar as the same four who attacked you and Tan in the jail.
*Gives them the hold up sign, and summons Shadow Clones, placing them at strategic points to back up the kids, going with Chiko in the front door, letting Tan place herself where she wants to be*

"I think you guys have something that doesn't belong to you."
You get the distinct impression that your presence makes things go much more smoothly.
"Oh, you're here to pick up the key?
"Here, kid. Thanks. We were just holdin onto it to make sure it didn't fall into the wrong hands."
"Right," Chiko says, taking it back.
"You accusin us of somethin'?"
"No," Chiko answers carefully. He turns and starts walking out.

You hit him pretty solidly with your mind reading, and he's thinking that they've already made a copy of the key and passed it along to a messenger to take it to the Akatsuki, so there's no need to hang onto it now anyway.

It's actually the evening by this time.
The Hokage does meet with you. He thanks you for letting him know.

"My hands are bound for a number of years, things must play out as closely as they can be with us just being here. I do have a personal question, curiosity is always my weakness. The Multiple Shadow Clone jutsu is one of many forbidden jutsus on the scroll, it never came up again, so I must admit I am curious as to what the others are."
*Smiles*
The old ninja looks concerned, and frowns. "For what reason would you be interested in learning of kinjutsu? Many of those abilities defy the law of nature, and many of them pose a threat to the user. The Multiple Shadow Clone jutsu, for instance, uses so much chakra as to put any normal person on the brink of death."
*smiles*
"I just said I was curious, I don't need to know, but I had to ask.

"I can tell you of the techniques, but I warn you; the scroll which lists the techniques is long, tedious, and alphabetized."
The last he says as if he thinks the fact that it is alphabetized is ridiculous.

"If your comfortable telling me what they are, then ok, if not, that is ok as well. My curiosity has been sated. I asked.
He stands up. "We have nothing to hide from you, any of you. Come."
He takes you to the basement, withdraws a key from his robes, and lets you into a room.
Forty two scroll cases are here, some ancient, some newer.
"These are the forbidden jutsu," he tells you.
*Nods*
"Wow, that is a lot, would take a long time to go through them all without help. If you are allowing me to view them, I promise not to reveal any secrets, or teach anyone Kinjutsu."
