*Finding the shadowclones not helping with training, trying to learn the Chidori B7@7 Manipulate Electricity Attack, must have Sharingan to get it to work as per the series. and the Rasengan B7@7 Manipulate Chakra attack. I assume the shadow clones won't work with these either with the concentration involved. I would assume normal Jutsu's that it would work on since it's a manipulate hand signs, say words, shoot jutsu.*

No, the reason it won't work is because no matter how much and how often you do it, there still needs to be some passage of time for increase to occur; training with your shadow clones is good in that it allows you to train skills by yourself which you would ordinarily need another person being the "dummy", but other than that, it doesn't matter how many times you do something; until you find ways to do it better, either from repetition over time or a trainer with repetition over less time (because he can see what you're doing wrong and try to fix it), there's a threshold where it still takes the same amount of time to progress, whether you do it a thousand times or ten thousand times in a day; it occurs to me that you don't need to focus to keep your shadw clones active, so even the element of added concentration is out.

The Chidori (1@1) and Rasengan (also 1@1) techniques come to you with little difficulty.
((I will just suffer in mediocrity for awhile :P, what about recording skills with my Sharingan, that should be considered trained with a trainer, and I should be able to do it in half the time correct?))
*I look around with my Sharingan, if no one is watching and around, I find a safe place that I won't rip up, I want to see how much my energy manipulation has progressed, am I a SS3, 4? I am doing it in a way to not tear up the place, and won't keep it up long, since it will probably ping with anyone with a detection sight up, I just want to see how good I got*

I believe it kind of goes against the definition of training if you're training yourself, even if you find a way to be outside of yourself and train yourself; the recording abilities technique of the Sharingan lets you use the example bonus from a skill you witness with the Sharingan at the full SAL instead of at the regular half SAL.
You are 3@10 energy manipulation, 3@10 stamina. You can withstand more energy forced into your body than anyone from that world could imagine; it is the nature of energy manipulation at the level you have it that you could purposefully take on too much energy and risk disintegrating your body, if you found it necessary to risk it (doing that requires a difficult will power check, since it is possibly suicide, and a difficult stamina check to see whether you are torn apart; as you double the amount of energy, it becomes difficult stamina +1, +2, +3, and so on and so forth, so the maximum amount of energy you could possibly hold is effectively that which would disintegrate your body doubled 29 times (that is, a difficult stamina check +29, and you would have to roll a 1 on the thirty sider to not verse out).
However, that amount of energy focused on one point would likely disintegrate the fiber of reality in the world; you would be more likely to resist disintegration than the universe.
With this understanding (that your powerlevel makes Brolli look like a flea), I doubt you're bursting to full power just to see where you're at. The aura alone would probably blind everyone within a fifty mile radius (think not, oh gosh, the sun has just landed on earth, but it's much smaller than we thought it would be, but instead more of, hey look, the perpetually existing epicenter of a nuclear explosion is here)

It will eventually come up that I know what a safe level is since I have mastered it, I won't do it now then, I was basically looking for the above, and I'll be ok with the Sharingan giving me the full SAL from a skill I witness.*

Depends on the new use; I'd say yes, though, if you found enough new uses that were significantly different from one another, I'd give you the bonuses. You've used it to walk on water and run up trees so far; you learned it at 1@2, so I'll make that 1@3 for the new use for using it for trees.

Tan meets you on the way back to the house and sighs. "They gave me these three kids and told me to train them to be ninja. I don't know what they want me to do with them; they've got no potential at all. I don't even know what I'm supposed to be teaching them, or even what qualifies as ninja here." She's kicking a rock down the road as she walks next to you. Apparently she's had a rough day.
*smiles and hugs her and finds a dumpling house so we can talk*
"Ok we have awhile, *Hands her two bells*, take them to the practice grounds, tell them they have to the end of the day to get the bells off of you, using any means necessary. The purpose is to teach them teamwork, that they can accomplish more working as a team then alone. Wear clothes other than your sock, my poor kids couldn't touch me in it even when I dropped my guard. Don't go into style, just foil them, but encourage them, saying nice try, you are learning, and very close. Do not let them take a bell when they aren't using all three of themselves to work together. When they finally do, make the fight good, then let them take the bells. My female genin, organized the boys and gave them the bells, and challanged me what would happen to her. I explained the test was to encourage teamwork, and to see if only having 2 bells would cause them to turn on each other. Hopefully it doesn't, if it does, same test everyday till they understand."
*pauses and eats a bit and takes a drink*
"The next lesson is to focus chakra into your feet to walk up trees, and the next one in my book is to focus chakra to walk across water. They are kids, you will be given weak missions to start, then stronger and stronger as they get better. We are to teach them hand to hand. We only know Multiple Shadow Clone Jutsu, so we will need to learn those as we see them. My eyes help a lot, we could go in the inbetween, and I can change them for you and teach you how to use them. Basically a ninja here uses stealth, combat, illusions and ninjutsu powers to do things. If you didn't want the Sharingan, we could take my laptop to the inbetween, and I could show you the entire series, you can see what I am talking about, and you will understand the players. I know that's part of what is bothering you. You trained me to be like you, will you let me do the honor and train you to be a ninja here? It would mean a lot for me to give you the confidence you gave me?"

She answers you, "Oh, so you've got a briefing? Well, sure; let's go take a look. I'm no sure about the Sharingan... I've seen what you do, don't get me wrong... I just don't think it's quite my cup of tea." She smiles to you.
*smiles*
"I've been keeping most of it under wraps, watch the show, see what it does. Then make your decision."
*stops by the house to grab his laptop when they are done and heads to the inbetween*
"It's about 500 episodes of 22 minutes a piece, so it's about 10 days of programming. Once you watch it, you will understand why I like this place and what it is about."
*sets up the laptop with my girl in my arms, and we start to watch from episode 1 of the first series to the last episode of the pain invades leaf village arc*
*when they are done*
"The Sharingan has one more ability that isn't shown in the anime, it was in the book, the ability to make death be an illusion. I know you don't have ability with magic or psionics, but it's due to the eyes, I think you will like the information and abilities it will give you. I saw how much potential my kids had."

"What do you mean, 'make death be an illusion'?" Her interest level piques a little.

"I have only been using my low to mid level powers with the eyes, the high end, I can make my body teleport in space time, which allows blows to pass through me, I can make black fire that's impossible to put out, open up singularities in space time, make a warrior projection to make me invulerable and fight for me. The last one, make death into an illusion, I can do it twice a day, one with each eye, and since I have mastered the eyes, I don't lose the use of them, oh I can also control tailed beasts with my eyes."
*smiles*
"On the low end, I can see chakra levels, I can slow down perceived time, and make a bullet slow down to a speed of a thrown ball. I can know an ability when a someone uses it, to know what it will do before it is done, and my eyes can use that example as a perfect example to teach myself the skill."
*grins*
"Hey you never asked before, and since you were playing cards close to your vest, I was doing the same. Without the eyes, I can also manipulate energy to the point of going SS whatever, and likely tearing a universe apart. So there is that as well. Oh I can also shapechange into a dragon, I wasn't bluffing at the wedding, and I know how to be a dragon as well. I think that about covers my training, other than general working on my physical attributes. We are married and honest with each other, so yeah, you inspired me to better myself."

She responds, "Alright... but what exactly are you talking about, 'make death an illusion'?"
*smiles*
"At the moment of a fatal strike, you activate the power, the person and yourself are drawn into a real illusion, where the blow is rendered non effective through imagery, when reality goes back into play, the events of the illusion are real, deflecting, absorbing, or however you decided to deal with the blow. It is a last chance save for yourself."

She responds, "Okay... so you can save your own life, but you can't save someone else's after they're already dead." She seems a little less enthused. "Yeah, I'm not going to say it's not powerful, because it is; what I will say is that I don't think it's for me. I like my eyes just the way they are." She smiles. "Thanks for offering, though."
*Smiles*
"That's fine, but your still watching the series, so you understand what your job is, and the types of abilities you will see and likely learn some of them. Just remember we are 10 years before the start of the series now. I wanted Victoria in Naruto's class. I just figured I would offer, and I can always take a peek at your genin and tell you how much potential they have at the very least."
*Settle up the bill, get my laptop, go to the inbetween and settle down for some recon for Tan.*

Tan responds, "By all means, please look at the genin for me. Maybe you'll see something I missed.

"So now you know what to expect, I will meet them first tomorrow morning, and give you my impressions, does that work for you?"

She says to you, "Why don't we get all of our genin together and have them compete in a capture the flag style exercise? We can both see what we're working with, spend some time together with one another, and they can work on their problem solving skills without it being obvious that you're giving me a second opinion on them."
*smiles*
"We can do that, it's not like either of us got anything other a than train them. I know my kids are from the lower class families, so I would expect the same. You have to remember the kids here start weak, but they gain power exponentially. They might not ever get to our level, but if we teach them, nurture and protect them, they will achieve their full potential. I also think this is good for us, it lets us give back what we were given, in a way. I'm all for it, just remember to wear shorts and a top underneath your sock. I didn't prepare for it, and had to excuse myself in some bushes to change."

She responds to you, "Oh, I meant an exercise where just the genin try to hide their flag, get the enemy flag back to their base without the other team getting the friendly flag. If both teams were to get the others' flag, we'd have six losers and no winners." She grins. "Of course, there would have to be some incentive; maybe we'll devote the morning to the exercise, and whichever team wins can break for lunch, the others go straight to training." Her grin takes a bit of an evil twist. "Food is always a good incentive."
*Nods*
"That does work better, it works for me, meet me at the training grounds after your students are done, I will teach you how to do the chakra to the foot thing. It's something they are expected to know, so we will teach it. Food is always a good motivator, just remember for whoever had the losing team to treat their team at the end of the day, tough but fair."
*Ready to go back to spend time with the family, and find out how their day went*

Most of them are sleeping after your late into the night training session. Tan says to you quietly, "We stink. Shower time?"

You meet Akimitsu, Bairei, and Chiko at the training grounds early in the morning; Bairei is late again.
*standing there waiting for them*
"I hope you enjoyed your afternoon off, I have a surprise for you three. The chance to test your skills against the three genin, Jonin Tan has been given to train. The winners will take a break for lunch, the losers will go right into the afternoon training session. Win or lose, you three will learn how to focus chakra into your feet and see how far up the tree you can go."
*pauses*
"Any questions?"

None of them have any questions.
Tan jogs up to you a few minutes later, then turns around and irritatedly yells, "Pick it up, guys. If you were being chased you'd be dead by now." Her three genin, all male, come running up, clearly out of breath; she wasn't kidding with you. Two have very low power, even for their age, and one is middle of the road, at best. She introduces the three to you (I'll give you the names later, for now they're D, E, and F), and looks at your three with clear jealousy. Bairei seems to know the three and says hi to them excitedly; Chiko less so. Akimitsu is another story.
"We've met," she says acidicly.
D asks, "Have we?" All three look confused.
"Three years ago. The three of you used to throw rocks and laugh at me whenever you saw me."
They look a little sheepish, and F says, "Oh. Well, you know. We were just trying to have some fun."
Akimitsu smiles slightly, a look of mischief in her eye. "You want to see fun? We can do fun. This, for instance; I have a feeling this is going to be fun."
Bairei, D, E and F all look somewhat worried; Chiko looks blank, and Akimitsu looks like she can't wait for this to start.
Tan takes out a green bolt of cloth and a grey bolt of cloth, and asks you, "You want to be grey or green?"
*Looks at them, seeing her assessment was exactly right*
*To Akimitsu*
"Humility is an undervalued trait in the ninja world, your actions reflect on yourselves and each other, keep that in mind in terms of the exercise."
*gives Tan the oh lord look when he turns to her to decide the color*
"My favorite color is green, we'll take grey."
*Turns back to the genin*
"I shouldn't have to tell any of your the purpose to this exercise. We have all played this or a version of this as children. Jonin Tan and myself will watching the progress. You are ninja, you are all from the same village, do not make either of us get involved. This exercise stops whenever a team gets to three first, or lunchtime, whichever comes first. Any questions? Hide your flags in your areas *points to each of their areas*, you have 15 minutes to do this and formulate your strategy. Show us what you have learned."
*lets Tan add anything she wants to*

Tan adds, "The only way to win in this exercise is to capture the enemy teams flag and bring it back to base and not have yours captured and brought here. This area is base for both teams. If both teams bring back the flags, both teams lose. If you lose, no lunch today. Is everyone clear?"
Nods all around.
"Ten minutes to plan, five to hide the flag. Hiding your own team's flag on your person is forbidden, and the fair area is five hundred yards in diameter with this spot being the center. Begin planning on Jonin Jhiaxus's mark."
She looks to you to tell them to begin planning strategy.
*Grins*
"GO!"
*folds his arms and waits till they are out of earshot*
"You were right, let's see if they have teamwork down."
*Lets the events unfold*

The teams split up and go out of normal earshot. Tan nods to you, and tells you, "Yours are good. I'm jealous."
Tan's genin begin by arguing about how to approach this; their plans quickly break down into good natured joking and laughing.
Akimitsu takes charge of your boys. "One of us will need to hide the flag, and it makes most sense if the one to hide it stays by it to protect it. Since we've already established that I'm the most comfortable in the trees, it should be me.
"Chiko. You're the fastest of the three of us, so you should find the enemy flag and run back here as quickly as possible. Okay?" Chiko nods.
"Bairei. You go with Chiko and try to help him find the flag. If any of them attack him on his way back, try to distract them and get them off him. If you hear me yell, go back to base, then go from there in the direction of where my yell was. Are you going to be okay if it comes down to a fight?" Bairei nods.
Bairei asks her, "Where are you going to hide the flag?"
She responds a fraction of a second too quickly. "By the lake where we ambushed Jhiaxus-sensei yesterday." For some reason, she's keeping the location secret from him.
Akimitsu glances at you and continues. "Looks like we still have some time."
Chiko suggests, "We should try to listen to their plans."
"I shouldn't expect any less of you," Bairei replies.
"Calm down," Akimitsu interrupts them. "Save it for later. Chiko, that's a good plan if this were a mission where the results were the only thing that mattered, but I think Jhiaxus-sensei is viewing this as a competition of skill."
"Eavesdropping is a skill," Chiko responds stubbornly.
"Do you want to argue with Jhiaxus-sensei about it?"
"No."
"Then drop it."
Time's up.
*Nods to Tan and in quiet tones*
"Don't worry, this might also be a test on us, to have the bravery to tell the higher ups when a team isn't ready. If this pans out like I think it will, we will go together to the Hokage."

"Ok time is up, you have five minutes to hide your flags, let's see how your academy training has prepared you for this "game"."
*Claps his hands loudly to signal the start of five minutes*
"You will hear me yell "START" when the exercise commences, perform well."
*waits till they are out of earshot again*
*To Tan*
"You as the Jonin in charge do have the recourse of saying they are not ready for genin status, I will support your assessment if your team doesn't work together well. They might be of the higher ranking families and got a pass through academy, but it is our job to make sure we train genin who are ready. We may not have the authority to say that those three shouldn't be ninja, but we do have the authority to send them back to see if they are salvageable. I also am sorry, your assessment of their abilities was right on and you didn't even need the Sharingan. You always surprise me Tani, also doesn't Akimitsu remind you of you. It's refreshing, and she doesn't take crap, they will all make Sannin level, I will make sure of it."

Akimitsu goes off towards the lake; with your Sharingan you see her climb into a tree and double back around into a different direction to hide the flag.
All three of Tan's genin go off in the same direction as each other, away from the lake.
Tan says back to you, "Hunh? Of me? I'm flattered, but she took charge of them much better than I think I could; in Draconian, she's what we'd call (undecipherable sound); that's a young dragon with the mental acuity of an ancient one. And those eyes; she's cute something terrible under all that dirt, wouldn't you say? What'd she say her name was? Akimitsu? You lucked out with all three of them, but her in particular; she's like the glue holding your team together. Very impressive and rare to see a person like her. Why didn't we see her in the briefing you have?
"The small boy... Chiko? He'd be best sneaking around stabbing people in the back, but he's also got the look of a mage to him.
"And the big one... he'd probably do best using what nature blessed him with, and I don't mean his intelligence.
"Don't let me tell you how to train them. I'm just jealous." She grins.
You tell them to start, and Chiko and Bairei start a leisurely run in the direction the other three went. As they enter the brush, Chiko motions for Bairei to stop, and they start moving again shortly, a little slower, apparently following a trail.
"Not bad," Tan tells you.
*To Tan*
"They are of the lesser families, no one paid attention to them. You have families with The Sharingan, The Byakugan, noble families with family ties with the Hokage. No they were passed up, but I think the Hokage saw their potential and gave them to me. Her family died in the third great ninja war, many families did, and the attack of the Nine Tailed Demon Fox was only a year back. Leaf village has has a lot of losses, they are rebuilding their strength. The sad part, in 10 years there will be 9 standouts like them, they are the future of this village. These three, never got the training, and must have died before they reached their full potential.*
*smiles*
"What was in your file about yours? Were they of noble families? How did they get a pass through the academy? Your going to have to teach me Draconian someday, if only to know what you and your sister are really saying. *grins*
"You will get a good bunch of kids, you just be tough, stand your ground, and you send back the ones who aren't ready and you will build up a reputation. Yes Akimitsu is special, she is a genius, one in a generation they say. Neji and Sasake are both geniuses as well, two in a generation is almost unheard of. Naruto, isn't a genius, but he has a intuitive tactical sense that with his power, makes him capable of anything. Anyway I'm gushing, let's see how this plays out, but I imagine it will be an early lunch. If things go as I suspect, give your kids the afternoon off so we can speak to the Hokage."
*looks around*
"I expected to see other teams around here, I wonder just how many Jonin are training teams right now?"
*watches all three of them*
"They got an awakening yesterday, I already see strides of improvement from them all."

"Yeah, it said they're all upper class in the file and that great things are expected of them. I don't know what they think qualifies as ninja, but those three jokers would be dead in a week if they tried to join a certain clan I know."
*Nods to Tan*
"Figures, perhaps that's why you were given them. It would have been a tricky situation a Jonin from here to fail them, but someone who just came here a week earlier, lets them do it without factoring that in. Either way, let's see how they do in the exercise."

About fifteen minutes later, Chiko comes sprinting back into the clearing, carrying the flag in one hand. Bairei follows him a few moments later, and the other three seem to all be together chasing in this direction.
Soon five out of six are here, panting for breath, and Tan says to you, "So much for our morning exercise. You want to go for best two out of three?" Her voice is masking the clear sarcasm in her words.
*Shakes his head*
"I will get Akimitsu, then we will get a debriefing."
*Uses his Sharingan to find her quickly*
"Chiko and Bairei already won, we are going to debrief then you three have a free morning till lunch at my house."
