"Bairei, Chiko and Akimitsu, I want you to three to run the road out the outskirts of the city three times and meet me at my house for lunch. We will debrief then, dismissed."
*Waits until those three are gone and out of earshot*
"D, E and F, I want to see if you know the basics of academy, I want to see a replacement jutsu and a clone jutsu from each one of you. This is not debatable."

None of the three know how to do any such jutsu.
Tan smacks herself in the forehead, and looks like she's going to say something to them, but changes her mind.
"D,E and F, you are dismissed, you will be called again when things have been discussed."
*When they are gone*
"This is serious, you aren't not suppose to pass if you can't do a basic clone jutsu, it just isn't done. You learn a Replacement Jutsu your first month or two, it's probably the first one you learn for defense. There is no debate, they don't even know the basics of being a ninja. You have my full support, let's see if we can see the Hokage about this before lunch."

*Goes with Tan to the Hokage's building, and hopefully he has five minutes in the next few hours to go over this situation.*

The Hokage sees you, and agrees that it is a very serious matter. "It isn't fair to our village for them to have graduated the academy. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Tan, you will no longer be training those three as they will be returning to the academy. I will look into this matter personally."
He doesn't seem pleased.
*Nods*
"Tan is a tough, no nonsense, but a good teacher. She taught me. I know her, her element is not the beginning stages, but you give her a team like I was given, and she will turn them into a force that likely has never been seen. I will let her speak for herself now, but I think she is looking forward to training a team that is ready to be genin."
*Pauses*
"I couldn't help but notice in the paperwork, that they are children of some of the more powerful, and well known families in the village. I know it will not be just let go. If the families have any issues with the decision, they can talk to us about it. I don't want them to think we either fear them or are disrespecting them. The team I was given is very powerful, with a genius in it. I will make sure they lead Leaf Village in the years to come.
*Bows his head if the Hokage is finished with us*

Tan inclines her head slightly to the Hokage and tells him, "There are no words to describe the level of skill Jhiaxus and I have."
He nods, and responds, "I can tell, as can many of the others in our village. It is clear that neither of you are from our world. If the position of Hokage rightly belonged the to the most powerful ninja of the Leaf, there would be no question one of you would hold the title.
"I will handle the families as well as the instructors, Jhiaxus. I am familiar with the students, and I suspect bribery or trickery or both. This will not go unpunished."
The two of you leave the Hokage.
*walks out of the office and out to the street*
"I do not think it long before you have students of your own that are worthy. In the meantime, I do think it's time you use the box. Three hours a day no more ((The density box, I noticed she is still at 1@5)). I also get to cook for you today, I'm in the mood for some Lo Mein and some pork."
*Picks up the fresh ingredients and walks home, having some time before his students get there to start making lunch.*

When you get back to your place, you see Akimitsu hiding nearby.

Akimitsu comes inside with you, looking abashed.
Tan responds to you, "Thanks," feeling the headband on her forehead. "Akimitsu, is there a reason why you look like you live on the street?"
Akimitsu responds, "Well, I... do."

*Kicking himself for not knowing and finding her a room*
"For all my sight my eyes give me, I sometimes don't see the things right in front of me."

"This room is yours, we'll work on getting you other clothes and necessities after training this afternoon. Eria and Jewel my daughters would be interested in spending time with you I bet."
*Heads back to the kitchen and starts on Lunch to Tan*
"Good catch, I had assumed someone set her up with an apartment like Naruto."

Your student kunoichi keeps asking you, "Are you sure it's alright? You're my teacher, won't the others think it's unfair for me to live with you?" She certainly acts as if no one has ever gone out of their way to help her as you're doing.
Tan responds to you, "You had other things to worry about. I couldn't help but wonder, though, why she showed up to training this morning dirty, or why she didn't seem so upset at the prospect of missing lunch; I doubt it would be the first time she missed a meal. I think she was probably hoping no one would notice."
You're just finishing making lunch when Bairei arrives; shortly afterwards, Chiko also arrives.
Jewel tells you, "I think you'd better come see this for yourself."
She takes you to the bathroom (where you have running water), and Akimitsu is in there. Jewel tells her to turn the shower on, and Akimitsu doesn't seem to know how. Apparently, the "this" Jewel is referring to is Akimitsu's lack of knowledge regarding indoor plumbing.
*smiles* "I will ask them if they have a roof over their head and three meals a day, those answers should end whatever perceived unfairness there is."

Had some question as to whether or not a bias curve of 18 was in there, so I've come to a determination regarding world bias for psi.
Are you doing each piece individually, or are you trying to do them all simultaneously?
What do you want them to look like?
I will do them all at once, I figure mostly the same, clean of course, not ripped, or ratty, maybe add some color or highlights to go with her hair and eyes

Two posts for you, cause you're twice as important!
Her hair you believe was brown, but it's hard to know from all the dirt in it whether it was lighter than that. Her eyes are such a light brown as to look yellow or amber.
Her clothing appears to have once been a mix of yellows, reds, and browns (it all looks basically grey-brown dinge now). However, you run into another problem; it appears to be in several layers because much of it has been worn so threadbare that holes have been worn in the fabric, so she wears threadbare, holed clothing on top of threadbare, holed clothing; you simply haven't got enough fabric using just her clothing to make a complete outfit (just counting underclothes (which she didn't have to begin with), shirt pants socks; what she had before was rags worn and tucked strategically to hide as much of her body as possible without looking as in such bad disrepair as they truly are.
*Ok this is a problem, better to just get her new sets of clothes, than to risk transmuting multiple times*
*Comes and gets Tan*
"You are much better at this than I, you have a free afternoon, can you use these and Akimitsu wearing them this afternoon, to get her 7 sets of replacements. She seems to like yellows, reds and browns. This will be the last time she has to wear these. She also needs underclothes as well. I'm sure if you take Rid, Jewel and Eria, you can have a few sets of eyes to get what she needs. She made sure she didn't let anyone know how bad off she was."
*gives the clothes back to Jewel*
"Tan and Rid are going to take you shopping with Eria, we are going to get her a week's worth of outfits."

Tan looks at you like a deer in the headlights, and tries to come up with a quick reason not to. She acquiesces and says, "Between Rid and Jewel I'm sure we can get fashionable clothes. I'll just be there to make sure she doesn't get anything she doesn't want and that every piece is functional."
You know that means no skirts or dresses.
Akimitsu looks much cleaner after her shower, not to mention cuter, now that you can actually see her. Her hair light brown with red highlights in it, and her skin is a healthy, rosy complexion.
*nods to Tan*
"Good, we'll deal with fashionable and functional now, later if she decides to, the rest."
*gives her a hug since company is over*

"You clean up well, lunch is served, eat up, we are going to work it off this afternoon."

"You three did very well today, it was a lesson for all. You saw what happens when you have ninja who have not put in the work. It is our job as Jonin to cut the wheat from the chaff. You impressed both Jonin Tan and myself today, and Jonin Tan is not easily impressed by anyone."
*Pauses*
"We did not see what happened, please tell us what happened from your point of view."

Akimitsu says, "We planned that I would hide the flag, Chiko find and recover the enemy flag, and Bairei protect Chiko, or if our flag was captured, to prevent the enemy from getting it back to base."
Chiko says, "They dropped the flag while they were walking; it was sitting right on the ground. I picked it up and ran, and Bairei came after me. I guess the others noticed they had lost their flag, retraced their steps, and saw us running."
Bairei adds, "Sounds about right. This guy can really run; must run in his family."
Chiko punches him, Bairei punches back, Chiko punches again, Bairei goes to tackle him, and Tan's voice cracks like a whip. "Hey! Stop before I make you wish you had. You're guests of ours here, and you will behave as such."
Akimitsu looks embarrassed by their behavior.
*Nods*
"So Bairei, with the way you smiled and welcomed them, it wasn't by chance was it that they figured out they didn't have it in their possession anymore. Akimitsu also picked up on that, and didn't hide the flag where she said she did. Those three are going back to academy to repeat the entire course, their families and instructors are in trouble. Do you wish to be associated with them now Bairei?"
*pauses*
"This was a field exercise, but your lack of teamwork was apparent to me. If one of your team can't trust you, and you betray the trust of the team, you will die on a mission. I will not allow that. So you three are going to get along with each other, trust each other, and an incident like today will not happen again. You three need to know that if you are in trouble, your teammates will help you, that is why you are sent in three man teams. I did not tell anyone about what happened today, and I had high praise for all of you to the Hokage, so do not make me a liar. Eat up, we are going to train to sundown tonight, all of us together."
*Finishes his lunch, and sips his drink while his students finish up, once they do, it is back to the practice fields*

Bairei looks shocked. "They have to go back to academy because they failed the exercise?" He seems shocked.
Akimitsu defends her actions, "I did what I thought was necessary for our team to succeed. Bairei had no reason to know where the flag was, but still asked."
Bairei has nothing to say in his own defense. He just says, "I understand. I'll do better next time."
*To Bairei*
"No they got sent back to the academy, because they couldn't do one skill you are suppose to learn at Academy, they had no teamwork, and they showed no effort or promise. The failure of the exercise showed us that they were not worthy of the title of genin. That should make you three realize that any Leaf genin you work with out in the field meet a certain requirement of skill and dedication."
*To them all*
"I just gave you my debriefing, I am saying no more of it. We all know what we need to work on, and we will be the best Leaf Village has to offer. On that note, we go to the training grounds for the next step of your training."

"Ok now there are three modes of travel ninja use that are out of norm. The first I will teach you is running up a vertical surface. In the pit of your stomachs, focus your chakra and force it down to your feet. With the chakra focused in your feet, you will be able to walk up walls, trees and other such objects."
*I will show them how to do so*
"Once we get this down, and work on it, we will go to the second of three."

None of the three have difficulty picking up the amateur level SAL.
*We will spend the rest of the afternoon walking up different surfaces, trees, walls, small cliffs, those are the different uses I can think of, so the first and three more surfaces none of us have walked up.*
*When we are done for the day*
"You have homework you three, you are to ask your families what abilities you are known for, and what nature attributes come naturally. Once we get the basics done, we will work on making sure you know Ninjitsu that suit your abilities. I just want to be honest with you, Akimitsu will be living under my roof. She is not getting special treatment, I am making sure she is taken care of and has a place to sleep, three meals a day and a family atmosphere. I would do no less for any of you. Dismissed, have a good night and rest up for tomorrow."
*waits for the other two to leave*
"Akimitsu, stay here for a few. As you know I am not from Leaf Village, I currently only know one Jutsu, and since the others will have family ones they will learn, it is only fair I teach it to you. It is the Multiple Shadow Clone Jutsu. If you think you are ready to learn an advance Jutsu?"

Your create shadow clone skill was trained to 3@10, so if it says 1@1 on your sheet you should certainly boost that.
Without doing the math, it's clear she'll get the first step using your example along with your training. 1@1 SAL is the result.
The second step is going to be a bit more difficult for her, so let's find out.

She seems too excited by the praise you give her; she probably hasn't gotten much praise in her life, so the experience of earning praise from someone you hold in high esteem is largely a new one for her.
You walk her back to your place, and when you arrive, Tan hands you a burlap sack and a folded piece of paper. The sack has numerous articles of clothing inside it for a girl about Akimitsu's size, in autumnal tones.
The paper is a handwritten note from the Hokage telling you that all the newly graduated genin are already being trained, so he would appreciate it if you and Tan would train your three genin together, since you speak so highly of them; he writes that they officially will be Team Jhiaxus, and next year Tan will begin training three new genin.
*Hands the sack to Akimitsu*
"I believe you dropped these"
*grins when he hands them to her*
*reads the note*
"Well looks like Jonin Tan will be helping me with you three. She is my sensei, since that is the case we should fill her in on the progress so far. The students have picked up pushing chakra to their feet and walking up flat surfaces. Tomorrow we will work on walking on, and eventually fighting on water. I asked all of them to ask their families of what abilities they are known for, any jutsu's and nature affiliations, so we can tailor their strengths to the training. Young Akimitsu has already learned Alert Rest, and all the parts of the Multiple Shadow Clone Jutsu. Akimitsu just learned a forbidden jutsu as her first one. We should try not to let it go to her head too much."
*saying all this in front of her*
"Akimitsu time is yours till dinner, there are some youngins here who could use some company if you so choose."
*smiles and starts dinner, waiting for genin Valera to ask her about her training*

"I think these three have a chance to pass the legendary Sannin, although we should keep that under wraps lest Ooorchimaru gets wind of it."

Tan agrees with you that Orochimaru must not be able to discover these youths. "We should take low-ranking missions for quite some time, unless we need to take the higher ranking ones."
Akimitsu leaves and returns in her new clothing. It is very feminine in style, but also clearly functional. She gives a quick spin to allow you too see it, asks how she looks with a smile, and then asks if she can help you.
Valera is not home in time for dinner.

"To Imidge, he might not hold anyone here in high esteem, but there are some very dangerous Ninja here, and they will achieve their means by any means necessary. We are also at a disadvantage in ninjutsu, which is very much an offensive powerhouse in this world. We need to play catchup. As for the missions, we will be finding cats and delivering messages for awhile. You saw how that worked out, even the low ranking ones turned dangerous to keep the story moving. This is a very fast paced world, even behind the scenes. It does offer me the ability to see ninja with other jutsu, copy them and train others, so it isn't always a bad thing.
