I prefer not to show my power or fight, because humility is a underrated quality, but if both of you continue to think I neither know what you are thinking, see what you are doing or hear what you are saying. Bairei stands up, and says to you with defiance, "I'm getting tired of dancing on the surface of the water anyway. Why not make it a hundred percent? It can only be better for us."
Chiko is crossing his fingers, muttering "the easy way, the easy way..."

You beginning powering up slowly; the earth begins to tremble, and pebbels rise, then rocks. Gale force winds whip up and blow away from you, knocking Bairei back down and making Chiko have to shift to keep from being blown along the ground. Your hair and eyes bleach, and you realize that you've reached the level you were aiming for and rest in the powering up, surrounded by a (your color) aura.

There are no more complaints from anyone, other than a quiet, "Good going, Bairei," from Chiko as night begins to fall. Akimitsu is definitely the quiet one of your three, and Bairei is definitely the loud one.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to have deduced by the way the two boys look at her and fight her/each other that they both approve of her new look and are crushing on her.
*Calls out*
"Ok we are done, remember everyone on time, or I send Tan to carry you here the next day."
*Heading back to the house with Aki*
"You seem to have two parties who like your new look."
*joking/kidding with her*

*grins*
"Your teammates, they are tripping over each other to get your attention. I'm sorry for showing off today, but it needed to be done."

She says back to you, "Are they? They didn't seem... I mean, they were being nice, but... are you sure?"

You arrive home to find the children asleep. Rid cooked dinner, and she actually did a fair job with it. Akimitsu goes to eat, and Rid catches her by the ear, saying, "No, no, you shower first, then eat."
Your Sharingan finds Tan sitting on the roof.
*grabs the plate and takes a bite*
"Pretty good Rid, I will eat with Aki when she's done, I got someone to talk to."
*Jumps to the roof*

Tan kisses you passionately, then tells you, "It might interest you to know that I've done some background on Valera's sensei, who isn't anyone I saw in your briefing, but I uncovered that she was trained by Danzo as a genin. The rest of her team died fighting the nine-tailed demon fox spirit, and since then she's been teaching genin. I have a feeling about her, though, and it isn't a warm, fuzzy one. I think somehow Danzo is pulling the strings behind the scenes. She seems friendly enough, and has been trying to befriend Val and ask her questions about you and us; Val's all business, though, and her resistance seems to be resulting all three of them being pushed hard. Val can take it, but you should've seen the two kids."
*Nods*
"Thank you for that, so we need to get Val away from her and those kids. Is Val back yet or still being pushed by her? If they are still out there, time to pay her a visit, and talk, you up for that?"

Tan answers you, "You bet I am. Lead the way; I can keep up. Unless you want to use zippers?" She smiles coyly.

"Trying to keep technology to a minimum here, no we will go, and if Danzo wants his answers, he will have to ask us. It is lucky you aren't teaching any genin, I don't think she is going to be in a position to do so after tonight."
*starts jumping and running to get to where Val trains*

Tan's managing to keep a faster pace than you, keeping up without any trouble.
You arrive at the moonlit lake where Valera and two other boys are training. You see the woman, a blonde haired, stern looking young woman with her long hair covering half her hard-featured face.
*Comes to a jump/stop nearbye*
"Greetings Jonin, genin, going to have to have training stop while we talk Jonin*

She raises her visible eyebrow to you. "Continue, genin, until I say to stop."
She asks, directed to you, "What's your meaning, coming out here and interrupting our training?"
*Smiles*
"Have it your way, do you really think Val would give up anything to you to give to Danzo. Val, I'm not worried about, but these two kids isn't going to take your 16 hour days. To allow yourself to be controlled, instead of having your genin's best well being at heart, is simply not acceptable. You can tell Danzo if he wants to know something, to ask instead of playing these games."
*smiles*
"I suspect you do not like this, and this was expected to get me to fight you, to show my abilities. I assure you, that this is not something you want, or want pinned to Danzo. I would choose to relent, and get this sorted out in the morning."

She responds, "I know how much these genin can take; I've never lost one yet. Until I do, you have no right to tell me how to train them.
"I don't want a fight, especially in front of the genin; they should believe all Leaf village ninja work together, whether or not that is the case.
"Yes, Danzo did train me. Beyond that, I would suggest you choose your words carefully, newcomer."
Tan is smirking, and responds to her, "I've chosen some words carefully. ---- off if you think we're fool enough to confront you without knowing exactly what's going on here." You're reminded laterally not to play poker with Tan. "Either you relax a little with your genin, or one of them is going to die in a training related accident."
"Is that a threat?"
"No, just a prediction."
*Nods*
"My only concern are the genin, I have said what I needed to say. Remember we are training them to be the protectors of Leaf village, not some pawns in a power play."
*Ready to take his leave if Tan feels it is time*

Tan glances from you to her to Val and back to her again. "Our clan is not to be underestimated. If you have any questions of us, now would be the time to ask them."
The Jonin asks, "How much do you know about all of us?"
Tan responds, "More than you know about yourselves. Gathering information is a ninja's job."
"Just how strong are you all?"
"A ninja is only as strong as his surroundings."
"But your skills, how would you categorize them?"
"Versatile."
The Jonin seems done at that comment, apparently realizing she isn't going to get a straight answer the way she'd like. "That's all my questions."
Tan nods, and says, "Good, then it looks like we're done."
Tan looks ready to leave.
*Grins to Tan*
"Danzo wants the truth, I say let's give it to him, if it's going to lift the hammer off these genin."
*smiles*
"I know much about Leaf village, I know many of the players, I know the history, know of the wars, know how it was founded, and many of it's secrets. I know Danzo has aspirations to become Hokage, and it was between him and the current one. If you give me a specific question, I will answer it, but as you were general, you got a general answer."
*considers*
"Tan and myself are powerful, if you wanted us to get specific, I would say the level of Sannin would be appropriate. Valera is probably much stronger than genin, but she appreciates learning from the beginning. Rid is powerful, probably Sannin is also appropriate, but she has graciously watched the children. The kids have potential to be powerful ninja, when they get into academy."
*Pauses*
"You tell Danzo if he wants us to show what we can do, he will provide a demonstration of jutsu's to us, as a show of good faith, and we will show him what we can do. I think of no more fair way to answer that. I will answer this, are we a threat to Leaf Village, no? I don't expect him to take our word, he can watch us, we have plenty of time. We are good allies, who have no desire for any leadership position, and are in no way here to put ourselves in the running for anything. I am here to make sure my kids are taught the right ways, and to help in the training and defense of Leaf Village. If he wants an audience to learn more, he can treat us with respect and dignity and ask us."
*smiles*
"You can take this to Danzo, we are ninja, and we are loyal to those that have welcomed us. We are not getting involved in politics, but do not think that we do not know what is going on. Long story short, we are not here to present a threat to Danzo's political aspirations, nor are we looking to disrupt things here. We just want a home for our family. I think we have been as honest and forthright as we can be under the circumstances, and are willing to reveal more when he shows one to us."
*pauses*
"So is that acceptable in terms of your questions?"

She answers you, "You two certainly do know much. Why don't you help the Leaf bring an early winter to the other villages and bring peace to the world? Why stand by and watch what happens instead of stopping it?"
*smiles*
"That is peace through genocide, you cannot force people to work together. You cannot kill an ideal, no I agree with a strong defense of a village. The future of peace is with the genin, teaching them to be strong, but be willing to work for peace is what we are about."

"People don't want peace," she answers. "It must be thrust upon them."
*smiles*
"Well then we will agree to disagree, I prefer to let the enemy attack me and make them wish they had not, but that is just me."

"I'm all for defending the village, too. The best defense is a good offense; if we strike them, and you're as good as you say, we'll have nothing to worry about in the future, and we won't have to fight anymore."
