"We've spent a long time getting to the point we're at," Tan tells you. "We should probably consider what we're going to teach each of them, because their time is going to be more limited than ours has been."

"My plan is to teach them each my non Black Ninja Weapon Style, and Hand to Hand Style, basic things like Muscle Blocking, Missile Escape, Panaramic Awareness, Steal Initiative, Hand Signs, Seize Weapon, Disarm Weaponless, as well as hiding, stealth, climb, escape. Reinforce the skills we taught them, get them all to at least make one shadow clone, Aki and the will keep the multiple version to herself, since she will have the chakra for it. I can project the mental skills I have into each of them, I can select skills for each one. So we know we have 12 years, if we can plan a program that will take 10 years of training, and work on the attributes. I figure once we get them to that point, we can see how to tailor the training to their strengths. I can project mental abilities at an expert level instantly, so we should work on the skills of the body with them as their main goal, and I can make sure they have different complimentary mental skills to work together. 12 years with us as trainers, will make sure all those kids will be the best of that world. My only question is the 8 Gates, should we teach any of them that? I never learned the 8th one on purpose, since I never wanted the temptation to break it and doom myself or someone else."

The two of you are heading back, and Tan tells you, "Actually, Chiko is the agile one and Bairei is the strong one; Akimitsu is more average, but she's got that chakra.
"Jewel and Eria will probably be the hardest; really, Jewel will probably be the hardest to train, because I doubt she'll take any interest. She can be pretty dumb for a smart kid."
*Nods*
"I figured, and for Jewel, just have to find the right way to motivate her. She seems to have a fondness for wine. You saw how lovable she got after she has some, and she is billions of years old, so might as well not fight her, and get her to be able to defend her freedom she wants so much. Eria, well, she will do it because her father wants her to and will pay attention to her while she is doing it. All the kids have to learn, it is life or death."

As you continue to walk, Tan raises an eyebrow at you. "Are you suggesting we bribe her with alcohol, or that we get her drunk and take advantage of her?"

"Not drunk, but a glass after a day of successful training. We drink the rest to make sure she doesn't get more. I will put a bottle in one of my pouches."

Tan looks thoughtful. "Do you think that'll be enough incentive by itself? One glass isn't even enough to get a buzz."

"She needs to learn how to defend herself, if she is going to be an adult. If it won't work, I will instill the need to do so with mental abilities, either way, I'm her father, it will get done one way or another."

"Out of one side of your mouth," she responds, "You say this is a dangerous place, but from the other side, you say you brought us here. You say you love me, yet couldn't you take me somewhere that was less dangerous?
"How do you know there's going to be a war?"

"Yes it is, and I do love you. I brought you guys and Victoria here to make sure you had the knowledge and training to survive any situation. If I took you safe places, there would be no need for you to learn these things. I will not always be in control of where to take you, and if the world is strange enough, I couldn't take you out. I violated a rule or two to save you from your home universe, because it was the right thing to do. So in short, I want you to learn how to defend yourself, and I brought you to a world where most anything is possible."
*Waits for the above to sink in*
"I chose a world where I know the people, variables and history to give me a set time to get you guys trained. I couldn't rely on that on any other world I know of, with the ability to do so much. I want you trained for you, so that you will never have to be as I found you. No father wants to see his little girls scared and helpless. Let me do this for you, please?"

"Less dangerous, means less incentive to learn anything. I chose this place to get you trained, and I was curious as to what would happen here. If I took you somewhere safe, I would have likely killed us working on a skill. Here, I am careful, and I want you guys to learn. You can't choose where you go in the verse, this was a one time deal. I promised you to look after you guys. In order to look after you, I need to know some guy isn't going to have his way with you if I am not there. I want you to have the power to defend yourself. I didn't take you somewhere safe, because I knew that you would have no reason to learn things to defend yourself. Sometimes you have to do things you dislike at the time, and you look back on them, and you are thankful for the person making you do them. I am asking you, but this is important to me. You want freedom, here is the deal, you give me 12 years to train you, at the end, you are an adult, and you can make whatever decisions you want, deal?"

Tan has been focusing on lower bias skills with the more advanced students; tactile imaging, stereo directional sense, eyesight, walking and running quickly, and acrobatics.
"Bairei wasn't initially enthused about practicing acrobatics, but when I told the three of them there wouldn't be any lunch until Bairei managed a tumble down to the ground and back to his feet, he wised up quick."
*I assume that since I had a clone hear I got training and examples for those abilities?*

"You all will train together now, we will do individual training once everyone masters the basics of hand to hand combat. I tried to learn Jutsu's but they just we not as effective as just doing the skills. I will teach you handsigns in case you wish to make your own, or copy others, but what I will teach you, will transcend them. I can teach them to you in a blink of an eye, so we will work on the hand to hand skills for a long while. Think of learning the skills of the body as the long road, the the skills as a reward."

You already have the abilities, unless you don't have the acrobatics. Tactile imaging is when you feel something with your sense of touch to tell various things like shape, size, weight, texture, temperature; stereo directional sense is when you hear something and can tell what direction it's in.

It is also needed for other applications like reading the tablet from the Sage of Six Paths. Other than that, I know it is powerful, but the extend or what it can do was not made aware to me."
