Are you focusing on different areas for each of the students, or the same thing for each of them?
*Will focus on their strengths, build those up first, then teach them other things when they have a good start on those. The basics are all the same, when they get those down, we then focus on the strengths, and once they get a handle on those, focus on their weaknesses, and get them abilities to compensate for them. Once they are at that point, I will have to figure out what mind powers to give, and if any of them should get taught the Rasenken, variants, of any of my other body abilities or styles, and same with psionics. They will be challenged the entire time here, so I figure they won't ever be bored.*

*I teach them all my body skills except for the Chidori, Lightning Cutter, Rasengan, Super Saiyian, Dragon or Sharingan skills and the variants. I only sort the other categories by mental powers, are we at that point, or do they still need to learn body skills?*

To make sure it's understood, you are teaching them all the same abilities in the bod bias level, and you're teaching them everything you know?

Good; are you waiting a certain amount of time before moving to the next step of training with the psionics, or are you waiting until they achieve a certain proficiency?
*I am going to project the psionics into them, it's why I learned it, so I can spend years on the body skills, and then when they are ready to handle the psionics, I will give each one or have Jef teach me to give each one their own area of expertise. I will teach everyone all the healing ones, since they are just too necessary. I will make another post with what I am projecting into each person. That should take up the training time. I figure to start Victoria when she tells me she is ready. I am also working on everyone's Density, Inituition, Stamina, Agility and Strength. Each person will be designated time in the Density Box, making sure no one stays in too long. I am sure there will be interruptions, but that is the plan.*

I will have Jef teach me the ones I don't know to teach them. I do not know any Time Stop or Create Life for Psionics, so I feel comfortable with what I am doing.
Will get input from the others, if everything looks good, that is the plan.

How do you determine they are, as you say, professional? After all, you've reached a level of mastery few could comprehend, with nearly flawless execution; so, by what basis will you determine they have achieved a higher level?

It's a valid question, steering us away from a mechanics-oriented method of training toward a more in-character-friendly method; are you giving them some sort of test, if so, what, or by what means will you determine that they have achieved the level of skill you desire if you are not simply leaving it dependent on time ?
Well I will test them to see how fast they can attack. That should tell me how good they are in the martial arts skill compared to mine. Since I am training them at about the same time, I am going to assume that they are going to be learning around the same time. That's the only in character way to see that I can tell without going mechanics.

So, you're watching for the speed of their attacks when they battle one another. Excellent strategy.
They achieve higher ability after about five months, putting you into the early spring, and you determine the time is right to teach them the abilities you desire; as such, you look for Jef. You find him about forty feet above the ground, levitating, and levitating a pool table.

I guess the point is, if we are taking years away from our lives to train these kids, we trust them enough to guide them. I am asking you because you know more than any of us about how Psionics can be dangerous, and I thought you would want a hands on role, to make sure they are not just getting the power, but understand when and how to use it."

Jef answers you, "There are really only the two of us here with the power to destroy the world; that kind of power is a huge responsibility, one that we should keep out of as many hands as possible rather than imparting it to those we trust; just because they're trustworthy now doesn't mean they always will be."

"I understand, you've already had that responsibility cast upon you twice, but you said it yourself. This world already has the capacity of someone destroying the world. If Madara's plans work, he could, so that's three. Some of their Jutsu's while limited are already at the ceiling of what can be done, all it takes is one person to just make one jutsu here to do so. If it makes you feel better, you can impart to me a mental block to prevent any of the skills given to have a block to limit their total power. So none of them would willingly do so, or would do so if they wanted to. I am willing to compromise, but I am not learning hundreds of individual jutsu's I will never use to teach these kids, that is just a waste of time. I won't put that block into Val though, I trust he completely since I created her, and she has shown nothing but love and compassion for others. The kids and Rid, I agree 100% that power comes responsibility, and someone needs to put a stopper into how much they can do. Tan has no desire for psionic skills, maybe once she verses, but that is not something soon. Is that agreeable then? If they come up with something on their own, none of us can stop that, we just need to do what we can to nurture them on the right path."

Of your three genin, Akimitsu most understands the gravity of your words and what she's agreeing to.
Bairei doesn't see the point in the formality and says yes quickly to hurry you along to the power.
Chiko doesn't understand what you could be hinting at not doing when you are saying responsibility, but figures it will be best to apologize if he makes a mistake.
Of the three children, Nick is honored to be given such great power and trust, and means it when he promises not to abuse it. He fancies you as some sort of noble lord and himself as a vassal knight.
Jewel is thinking that it isn't very nice to read peoples' minds. She's got an accusatory look in her eye. (Mind reading is a non-invasive ability, so to have deduced that without using any detection skills is an admirable feat indeed.)
Eria has taken the longest to learn the abilities you've been teaching; her heart just isn't in it. She's thinking that those flowers and that butterfly would make a very pretty picture. She isn't sure what you said, but agrees because everyone else did.
Valera is thinking that some potent psionics would be a very nice addition to her repetoire and will help her to be closer to your skill.
Rid is wondering whether any of these abilities will be close to as powerful as her summoning, or help her in sealing pacts with summoned monsters. She's most interested in and excited about healing abilities.
Victoria isn't among this group, I trust?
