He leads you quite far from the training, then teaches you that which you seek.
Not only will you need practice transforming, due to the extreme physiological change you will need to practice standing, sitting, walking, running, flying, using your breath weapon, fighting, manipulating objects with your clawed hands, and so on and so forth.
Any particular idea here, or do you want to work on all this later?
There are also alterations to attributes I'll have to eventually work out.

If you could jot down the numbers for speed; I'd say walk at running speeds, make it 8 mph, traffic speed for run 30 mph, for flight 40 mph.
Ok I will make the changed on da sheet when told to put them on da sheet.
The fire immunity and damage reflection I'd have to say no to; but you do get the radiation total immunity and a 51% cover value bonus. Also a B7@7 skill, what I will treat as a always active defense with a roll for SM, Irradiation, deals base annoying damage every minute to everyone in a 100' radius, resistance check s/d/n to avoid radiation poisoning, and also irradiates anything you touch.
Works for me.
Well, it is a bit of a dual edged sword; but, I'm assuming you knew that when you signed up, heh.
You can go ahead and add the skills to your character sheet, but keep them seperated from your human form (for now, at any rate).
I will put Dragon in front of them so I know.

They take you to a bar here; apparently they've planned for this ahead of time, because the place is packed with scantily clad and extremely hot Draconian women. It's like a rainbow of hair colors; and what's more, the bartender recognizes you as the groom and gives you a shot get you started.

You enjoy the sights, many women try to break your policy.
One in particular, Rid, demonstrating the familial traits of drop-dead gorgeousness mixed with a healthy dose of cunning and wearing not very much at all, showing off a toned and very attractive body, comes up to you with her whip draped around her neck and touching herself inappropriately and idly, and asks you in wide-eyed innocence if you're thinking about using this (her whip) on her.

"You are very attractive, but you wouldn't trust me using that whip on you. Look me in the eyes and we'll await your answer after."
*I figure she's signifiantly turned on, and wanting something, her mind is not fully on the moment at hand, will shift my eyes to the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, and use Tsukuyomi to show her people love her and care about her, and that we all understand and we are sorry for the many abuses she shared. That her family would like the bubbly girl back. I will be heartfelt with this, since I am concerned she will never truly find love or peace the state she is in now.*

She already looks you in the eyes, your Tsukuyomi works. She seems receptive to your treatment, but she tells you the bubbly little girl is gone forever. She doesn't have a hatred of Tan or a grudge against her, she just wants to "... have some fun with her..." like old times.
When you've completed the maneuver, she drapes the whip around your shoulders. "You can do whatever you want to me tonight," she tells you in a voice that's half sultry seductress and half naive schoolgirl. "I won't tell. It's your last chance before you get married."
No one else seems to be paying attention. David is very drunk, and he's singing "I'm Gettin Married in the Morning" incessantly and loudly, which some of the other drunk guys and women are joining in with. It's mostly off-key.
*When the Tsukuyomi is over, I look her in the eyes*

"I love Tan and Val, but what I can do is talk to Tan on your behalf and see if we can get you two to at least be sisters again. Tan's happiness is what I'm concerned with, and if you two can work things out, it may lead to happiness down the road for us all. I will say if I was single, there would be no force on this world that would keep me from making you mine, so take that for what you will. What I can do, is talk, tell me about the Draconian race, tell me about Tan's family, I want to know all I can about the people I will likely spend a lot of time with."
