I turn to Bruce. "You had WHAT? Various samples of villains and heroes collected IN ONE PLACE?" I absolutely need to find who is behind this, so I need to visit the crime scene immediately; hopefully it hasn't been too badly contaminated. Batman.
*Bruce looks unphased*
"Wayne Industries *MADE* most of them in Gotham, it was only right to have Waybe Industries try to unravel the secret to treating and stopping them. I don't apologize for that, and they weren't labeled as such, only a few people knew which ones belonged to who."
*thinks*
"It's not as bad as you think, Superman's was not there."
That is a huge relief. "We can expect the geneticist was taken because the thief would not know whose vial was whose. We must find who did it as soon as possibe and get those back. In the wrong hands they could be a huge inconvenience."
*Bruce nods*
"Well maybe you should start looking at the scene of the crime and start developing those detective skills."
*Cass pipes up*
"With enough direction he can find most things."
"On my way." Suiting up, taking the batmobile to Wayne Industries and examining the crime scene.
*Cass suits up with you as well, picking up the suit with her tail and using it like a third arm to get suited faster than you*
*She waits with her hands bridged under her chin with a smile on her face*
"So when do I get to drive?"
"Now, if you want, lovey."
*You do think it's wise to get her out of the batcave and into a deserted stretch of road first, she gets behind the wheel, gets that grin on her face and pulls the lever back, throwing you in full reverse for 100 yards before she eases up to a stop*
*Cass smiles*

*You give her some instruction, and she is able to drive without problems as long as no stunt driving is needed*

I'm looking for anything out of place.. using my Awareness skill. if that applies.
((It will help, since your giving me a general out of place, it's going to be half as effective, so ballparking it at 80%, so 40% or less you find something, 10 very lucky))
*After 2 hours of searching, you find one thing out of place, there is a small feather wedged underneith of the door lip*

She's so cute that I almost have to grab her and take advantage of her right here. But I resist and settle for telling her that she's absolutely adorable and has something coming to her for it later. Onto the comm with Bruce, "We found a feather here. I'm thinking Penguin. Do you want us to bring the feather back there?"
*Bruce remarks*
"Good work, the species of bird might give us a clue where he is at."
*Cass makes an off the cuff remark*
"Why would a man obsessed with birds be after genetic samples of heroes and villains."
"Well, honey, Penguin is very good at getting his hands on things; he might have gotten these for someone else, or he may want to sell them. It's anyone's guess right now."
*she wrinkles her nose and smiles at you*
"Ok I have had enough, it stinks in here, and we found the clue, let's take it back and get it analyticalized."
*perhaps having her learn words from comic books isn't such a good thing*

"It will be a few hours, might want to get some rest."
It's a great thing, actually. She's so adorable I don't bother to correct her. But I do take full advantage of her before resting.

"Great, and let me guess: they're all in different parts of Gotham. Well, nothing for it but to check them all." Assuming it's night, suit up and head out; if it's daytime I'll have to wait for nightfall, or dusk at least.
*It is daytime you head out at dusk, we will do another GE roll to see how many you have to hit and how long, the 4th place you hit seems to have unusual activity, you and Cass are outside, and there seems to be an argument inside that you can't quite make out*

Hmm... I want to try to slip in unnoticed slowly through one of the doors and slink into the shadows inside, or at least find a good place to keep out of sight for the moment.
*You find a door, it's locked, you unlock it quietly, and you start moving silently through the door Cass is following you silently, you see, birds, lots of birds, and Body tubes, and wires and electricity and a giant mechanical bird with a dome at the top of it's head, and you hear the arguing. It's a Man in Pants, no shirt, bald head, mustache and the penguin going back and forth about something.*
Still trying to hide, can I see where the electricity is being generated? a battery, a control panel, some target to sink my baterang into?
*electricity is being pumped into the giant mechanical ostrich, and some body tubes, separate circuits*
Ok... I will throw my baterang and try to hit as many important looking things as possible; body tubes would be best. Once I throw it, I will try to quickly move from where I am to avoid being seen.
